Excellent service! Our server Monica was attentive, friendly, and ensured everything was perfect throughout our meal. She was kind, receptive and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend her exceptional hospitality and would gladly return just for her!

Monica was a phenomenal server. Charismatic and friendly, always willing to help us. Told us some thrilling stories about the establishment and invited us back again. Nachos were delicious (especially the olives) and Shisha was relatively smooth.

The service and the food is amazing. I tried the shawarma platter and it was delicious. Grape mint sisha is really good. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Be aware of scam. They charge more in bill than menu. Every food item we ordered, price was more in the bill by 3-4$. If you do not know the food price, would end up paying more. Always check your bill. Their behaviour is not customer friendly and food quantity also not up to expectations.

Not only is the shisha the best, the customer service is amazing. I left my bag with my valuables including cash and wallet in Volcano. Believe it or not it took me 2 days to trace my steps back. Thats when i realized i left it in Volcano. Called them immediately brought this to their attention and they advised me that they have found my bag with my wallet including my cash and to have it picked up. Amazing service. Thank you Volcano!!!

On a hunt for shawarma, I decided to explore Volcano Cafe and Lounge - a spot recommended to me for its warm and cozy atmosphere. The chicken shawarma platter that I ordered came with a side of fries. While the portion size was reasonable, the shawarma and fries did not have much to recommend - they tasted like storebought frozen shawarma rather than freshly prepared meat. we ordered Volcano Chicken Burger and Chicken Shawarma Platter The quality of the food was not good at all. It was very expensive and not worth it. I would not recommend this place. Chicken Shawarma Platter was $20 other places you can find better Shawarma plates for less price and delicious.
