The crunch wrap supreme was absolutely delicious. Such a great selection of nutritious vegan options at reasonable price points - would highly recommend. I, however, wasn’t impressed by the apathetic service.

My partner and I came to the mall just to eat here! It's tucked away in the cute food market (not the food court) which we loved. We really enjoyed the green smoothie and the crunchwrap supreme. It was so healthy, fresh, and delish :)

I visited my family over the holidays and came to Upper Canada mall for a quick lunch on the way. I have a lot of health restrictions and always on the look out for healthy food options (bonus if vegetarian/vegan). So glad to have found this spot!! When asking about the server's reco, they mentioned their burger was tasty but knowing I was in a bit of a rush, suggested the Crunch Wrap Supreme with vegan queso and packed with veggies. It was absolutely delicious!!! I don't think I've inhaled anything faster. I've been dreaming of it since and will be back to try their other menu options :) The servers were super friendly as well. I'd highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a healthy option that's not bland, and a good price point.

This place offers such a healthy menu. We tried the heartbeet smoothie, asked for less maple syrup and it tasted delicious. They also sell plants here too.

Perfection ! Top notch service and yumminess - so happy I decided to visit here for lunch - a true gem in Upper Canada Mall Market & Co. ! Fresh delicious whole food goodness. Enjoyed a Berry Acai Smoothie bowl topped with cacao nibs, granola, and banana - just what the body needed :-) Thank you Humble Roots Organic

We attended the Raw Mint Chocolate Christmas Cake worship. Was amazing and so fun Tiffany and Sarah are awesome ladies and dedicated to their craft. The cake was delicious and the instructions clear. Their shop is full of amazing tasty treats. Can’t wait to try some in the near future. Below is the cake we made in class. Yummmmmm so good
