The Art Of Pho

anytime I have a reason to go to Burlington Mall I'm so excited because I'll ALWAYS make a stop at 'Art of Pho' - what a hidden gem. Their pho is great for in a pinch but to me, their best offerings are on the other side of the menu like banh mi sandwiches, fresh rolls and their mango salad. You can see the care they put into their preparation and food (check the precise julienne shred of their mango salad for example)- everything is so fresh and delicious. So happy to have this near me :)

For a mall, this is a great Pho experience. Although they didn't have my favourite, Tom Yum, this was pretty good. It was the chicken Pho. They take the noodles and put it in boiling water. Then they add all the veggies fresh as well as the soup base and chicken. Also came with some Sriracha and soya sauce for added flavour. Portion is generous and I'd say it can cover two people.

For a pho place in a mall, the taste is surprisingly good—even better than some restaurants I’ve tried. The broth has a rich basil aroma and isn’t overly sweet, which makes it really flavorful. The only downside is that the rice noodles tend to clump together and break easily. The fried spring rolls are great, though—crispy, thin skin with tasty filling, including vermicelli inside. The Thai milk tea, on the other hand, is just okay; it’s too sweet and lacks a strong tea flavor.

The food is great! We got the rice bento w/ beef, lettuce-carrot-mango w/ dressing salad, spring roll, soft roll with rice & cooked meat in it, & also the Pho chicken noodle soup. We enjoyed the food, it was like walking on the lake boulevard with a nice lview & a lot of good things to look at. We will certainly come back.

I absolutely loved eating here, it was very fresh and delicious. In general, I don't write many reviews, but I can't ignore this place. I'm someone who likes to eat at a lot of different restaurants and don't typically eat at the mall, because in my opinion mall food is just fast food and cheap. In my experience, Art of Pho in Burlington mall serves authentic Vietnamese food and I have eaten at a lot of Vietnamese restaurants. The lemongrass chicken and Pho soup are absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend them. Moreover, the staff are very kind people, and the service is excellent, everything about this place is 5 stars.

Didn’t have a chance to take a photo of the pho before eating it - but it was delicious! Good portion size and very flavourful broths. Everything tasted fresh. Good for a quick pit stop off the highway.

First time trying their food and it was really good. I ordered the chicken lemongrass bento box which comes with spring roll, fresh roll, rice and salad! I loved the salad and the chicken was flavourful 👍 Fresh roll was okay okay for me but rest all the elements were good! I also tried and liked this Vietnamese coffee (Strong) ☕☺️ Do give it a try!

A great addition to the food court. The fresh and clean flavors are on par and authentic. Their menu looks fantastic with a good variety. I tried the banh mi and fresh shrimp rolls. The banh mi is the real deal in terms of flavors. The bread is more on the fresher chewy side vs the typical crusty baguette. The fresh rolls were great with their peanut sauce. Will be back to try more from their menu.
