Don't go here. I ordered 2 a 8oz Wine priced at 16,50 on Menu and I was charged 37,50 When I complained with the server, she said the price on the system is actually 18,50. I asked her to keep the price of the Menu she said: "Sorry" and didn't. Also serves can't control the TV if you want to watch a game. Don't recomend

As we were waiting on our layover we decided to grab something to eat here… I have nothing to comment regarding the food, rather the service was beyond terrible. I’ve never had such an awful experience. After we ordered, -nachos and a burger- it took an hour and a half and they came out separately. There was two servers on, a handful of people in the whole establishment. I could understand if it was busy… To make matters worse, our server was ignoring us intentionally. We commented to the other server that we would like our bill, twice. She nodded and left for coffee at Tim’s. My partner went outside into B3 and our server ran over with the machine and took off beyond the bar. I paid and returned the debit machine to the bar. Absolutely awful. Do not recommend.

Please hire someone who knows how to work in the hospitality industry, someone who understands the meaning of customer service, not someone who is rude and doesn’t know how to deal with customers. I just had the worst experience with the 'grab and go' around 9 PM. Additionally, the fish and chips I ordered were extremely oily, and the fries were stale.

The place looked like a nice place to have a late breakfast at 11:45 am before our flight. We seated ourselves, the table was clean but felt sticky. The server came by fairly quickly, but didn't greet us. Just said "what do you want to order?" I asked for one of the breakfasts. She barks "breakfast is over", nothing else. I ordered a sandwich then, and a coffee. The response with that was "breakfast is over". I said I just want a coffee, and got "coffee is only with breakfast". She clearly wasn't interested in serving us or even being there. I looked at my group and suggested perhaps somewhere else. We all immediately got up. She didn't care. I worked service, I get that there are bad days, but on those horrible days, there is always a way to find a basic politeness. We were happy to give our money to the other businesses nearby.

There’s only one place to go in the wing, so pack your patience and your wallet. Service is slow (if you can catch the attention of the staff) and a beer will cost you $15.

Tap & Pour at Terminal 3's B3 gate is a culinary gem, elevating the airport dining experience to new heights. The star of the show is undeniably the Chicken Finger and Fries combo, a symphony of flavors that delights the taste buds. From the first bite, the crispy exterior of the chicken fingers gives way to tender, succulent meat. The breading is expertly seasoned, striking a perfect balance between savory and subtly spiced. Each piece is a testament to culinary craftsmanship, delivering a satisfying crunch without being overly greasy. Accompanying the chicken, the fries are a revelation in themselves. Golden brown and perfectly seasoned, they provide a satisfying contrast to the protein-rich main dish. The portion size is generous, ensuring that even the heartiest of appetites will be satisfied. What sets Tap & Pour apart is their commitment to quality. Despite the hustle and bustle of an airport setting, the service is prompt, and the food is consistently fresh. The ambiance, though within the confines of an airport terminal, manages to create a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The menu is thoughtfully curated, offering a variety of dipping sauces that take the chicken fingers to the next level. Whether it's tangy barbecue, zesty honey mustard, or classic ketchup, each sauce complements the dish in its own delightful way. The staff at Tap & Pour contribute significantly to the overall positive experience. Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, they enhance the dining journey. It's evident that the team takes pride in delivering a memorable dining experience, even in the midst of a bustling airport. While some airport restaurants may prioritize speed over quality, Tap & Pour finds the perfect balance. The Chicken Finger and Fries combo is served efficiently without compromising on the meticulous preparation that makes it stand out. In conclusion, Tap & Pour at Terminal 3's B3 gate is a culinary haven for travelers seeking a delectable and satisfying meal. The Chicken Finger and Fries combo is a masterpiece, showcasing the restaurant's dedication to quality ingredients, skilled preparation, and exceptional service. Whether you're a weary traveler or a discerning food enthusiast, this establishment is a must-visit for a taste of excellence in the midst of your journey.

Had to seat ourselves, server left us for 20 minutes when a different server came, told me they had something specific I requested. When my plate arrived I was told they don't have that sauce there...well she told me you did... and my order was missing half it's chicken. Super small portion and the chef argued with me about how my sandwich is normal portion. Said to me "airport food at airport prices". The nerve. Got the grilled chicken club. Do not recommend !!!!
