Taj Bistro

Happy to give a feedback on Taj Bistro !!!! Lovely place, awesome food & service. They actually know how to treat customers. Staffs are well prepared & very friendly. I think Taj Bistro is the best spot for family dining with elderly people. No complains on food quality, service and they are good in pricing. I will always prefer a place like this in my next plan with family. They are good to recommend.

Friendly service, amazing menu and reasonable pricing. Nothing was wrong in today's visit and we were well taken care with everything. Clean place with good amount of parking area nearby. I ordered their popular Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan, it was a total satisfaction. It's fair enough to recommend them for top class food & extraordinary service.

Welcoming atmosphere, amazing staffs and curated Indian dishes, they are good in everything and have maintained the restaurant in perfect manner. Very clean and all hygiene measure are taken care properly. Staffs coordinated well while taking the order and asked for special preferences. Enjoyed the evening very much with such nice food & well mannered service. Highly appreciate & surely recommended !!

After waiting 1 hr what do you expect cold food ?? If yes then this place best place to come for cool food. Customer service more than worse regarding effective communication. One staff told us we are not taking drinks order and at the same time another staff took our drink order. What type of service is this? And How can staff decline to not take order for drinks if they allowed to dine in?? Most importantly food hygienic. People who are working inside not wearing hair net or gloves to cook food. I have seen master chef used his hand to mix gravy for our food. People should complain to city of barrie.

My first first visit and I am totally impressed. Though the venue is quite basic with minimal decor or ambiance, that wasn’t what we came for—we came for the delicious food and they absolutely delivered. The medium spice level was spot-on and the flavor profiles were outstanding. The food was served hot and fresh as it was prepared. No extra oil and masalas not burnt. Pricing was in line with what you’d expect at an Indian restaurant. My only suggestion would be to provide larger takeout containers for leftovers. Other than that, we were thoroughly impressed and will definitely be back. Being honest, yes they are recommended..

The customer service was unsatisfactory, with staff displaying rude behavior. There were also concerns regarding hygiene, as staff members did not wear hair nets or gloves, and were seen coughing without masks while preparing food in view of customers. This raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and safety of the establishment for food consumers. Also mentioned us not to use other spaces other than our table and it was reserved for someone but it took more than 60 min for us to receive food. Haven't seen anyone till we leave. Highly recommend not to go. I've also added a picture of nobody over there till we leave. Will update how was the food after having it.

This place has a good atmosphere, and great service but most importantly, their food is top tier better than any other indian restaurant in barrie. I ordered 1 butter chicken and 1 biryani which was exceptional at a reasonable rate, not only did they make it absolutely delicious but the service was quick and efficient too. The chef vahin is the best indian chef i met. keep up the great work

Disappointed with the behaviour of the girl on cash desk with the co worker of the restaurant! She is super rude with the staff and disrespects them infront of guests. Girl you need to grow up, don’t take anyone for granted and it’s easy to blame others. The Girl was taking our order and got a phone call left us in between saying excuse me I got a call, on top of that claims his coworker if he cannot see the food and serve the food while he was already cleaning the table. Moreover, when served our order was incomplete and we asked to complete it and she left us in between after requesting the other guy he completed our order. Anyways, was finally done with dinner and now need to ask for containers ,bill and guess what she is just pretending to be busy, taking orders and packing take out orders but can’t help out dine in tables which would barely take 5 min or even less, got that after 20 mins. Girl you need to work as a team and not try to show your teammates that they are inferior.I can’t help myself seeing someone treated bad so had to talk to Manager.Eventually blames the guy for everything. Who was genuinely, being his first day of job was more into his duties. His hospitality was remarkable asked twice or thrice in between for everything needful ! Man heads off to you🫡 Everyone needs to be respected and treated equally!
