The tempura and sushi are good. Miso soup tastes just like water, stir fry vegetables have no taste as well. One of the server was super friendly but the other one seems no experience.

visited this sushi restaurant with high expectations, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. Although the listed closing time was 10:00 PM, I arrived around 9:10 PM and confirmed with the staff that I could dine in. I placed a significant order, only to have the staff begin cleaning the floors with disinfectant at around 9:30 PM while I was still eating. The worst part occurred around 9:50 PM. While I was actively eating, a staff member brought over takeout boxes and began packing up my food with chopsticks without even asking if I was finished. This was rude, unprofessional, and made me feel unwelcome. I was effectively forced to stop eating and pay my bill before I was ready. If there were a special closing procedure or earlier cutoff time for dining in, this should have been communicated upfront when I entered. I understand restaurants need to clean up, but treating customers like this is unacceptable. It made me question if the hours listed on Google Maps are inaccurate or if the restaurant simply doesn’t respect its posted schedule. I won’t be returning and would caution others about the poor service.

I have been living in Vaughan for long time but I had chance to visit Taiga first time . Honestly amazingly great experience . Food was great but service was amazing . Amy was our server and she was so friendly and she made our visit amazing. I think if your service is great it make everything amazing

Great spot if you’re feeling for Japanese cuisine. Not a huge fan of their rolls, but everything else on their menu is decent. Tuna Tataki and Shrimp Poke Bowl are my go tos. This place gets VERY busy, so expect service to be very slow.

It's a nice sushi joint with plenty of options. Service is super fast, and portion sizes are quite generous. Miso soup portion is quite big - biggest I have seen :) The food was good, though it didn't stand out to us as better than other places. The prices are on the higher side. Overall, decent place go try.

Came in off the street with my family and the food was super fresh. Amy who served us was super friendly and always with a smile. We ordered a variety of dishes everything was delicious. Definitely coming back!

One of the best Sushi places that I have ever been to. The employees are amazing and very kind and will go above and beyond to make you enjoy your stay. They always change their presentation style and plates for the food to make it more interesting and beautiful,which is so fun. I highly recommend this place. They also serve vegetarian options which is great! , and you also get a free ice cream at the end of your meal as a thank you and a treat :)

Wow. Fresh and tasty with very nice presentation. Great service for those that decide to sit down. For takeout they don't use Styrofoam packages, as everything came in compostable or recyclable containers. GREAT PLACE with good prices. Will definitely be back.
