Taco Factory Bar and Lounge

Ordered 4 items for New Year’s Eve get together. Was told through app that they were out of item and needed to substitute so I do so. Restaurant called and said they were out of other item and I needed to cancel on my end to receive refund as they said they couldn’t do it on their end. So we really were only able to get 2/4 items that were available unless we substituted so we decided to cancel order. Come to find out I still got charged for whole order even though they called to tell me they were out of stock and I needed to cancel on me end. Went to dispute and was told because I cancelled I was charged for whole order, even though they didn’t even have 2 items. Will not deal with this restaurant again

If you are looking to eat REAL authentic Mexican food, this is the spot, I had the beef tacos and waffle fries, I couldn't even finish it all, the food was the most flavourful, delicious, filling food I've had. The place is super clean, air conditioned, and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Will be returning on the regular when I'm in welland. The owner was super helpful and so kind and polite. 5 star all around.

Do yourself a favour and eat here. I ordered the waffle fry supreme and it was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. If only I lived in Welland I would be here every other day. First off, waffle fries are my favourite fries! Their homemade sauces like their super spicy one not only packed a lot of heat but was also phenomenal with flavour. At first glance I thought “oh no this is not enough toppings I’m gonna eat through it and be left with fries” WRONG. It is topped so well that I couldn’t even see the generous portion of homemade queso sauce all over the fries. Every single bite was flavourful, saucy, meaty, full of veggies, just pure delight. I honestly should have stopped eating 3/4s through but I could not stop myself it was so delicious. Their menu is extensive and well crafted, the atmosphere is cute, modern and chic, and the service was very friendly and sweet. Very lovely girl working their I think her name was Breg Absolutely lovely little place that you need to try. I will be back!!

Went here for dinner and all I can say is wow! Food was absolutely delicious. Next time i’m back in Welland will definitely go here! I recommend the supreme waffle fries, they were probably the best part of it all.

Hmm where to start. “Authentic Mexican pickup and delivery” I mean the food is good but I definitely had better. I ordered their Birria Platter, Shrimp taco and Mexican street corn. The Birria taco and shrimp taco were delicious but everything else was ok. Keep in mind this order was takeout and I didn’t get a chance to eat it until 30 minutes later. I will be back. A great new addition to Welland’s exotic cuisine. —————————————————————————— Came back 3 days after and I ordered Birria tacos and a taco salad. The Birria tacos were delicious, unfortunately it was not the same experience for the taco salad. First off how do you make a “taco salad” and forget to add the chips. Called them back to see how they would handle the situation. The associate apologized and agreed to replace the salad and delivered to my home as requested. To my surprise the associate mentioned to not touch the original salad and that they were going to take it back (I hope it was thrown out). An hour has passed since my initial order and have received my replacement. The salad was absolutely disgusting. Their ratio was all over the place. There was not enough beef especially what they charge for it. Also what kind of beef do you guys use? Ground beef as stated on their menu but it’s more like beef crumble. I recommend you check your competition like Taco Zone and Chile and Agave.

The food here is incredible. The flavours are amazing. The value for what you pay is on point. We will be returning here. 10/10. Edit as of 1/28: Just to add, we continue to return! We haven't been disappointed. The rice bowls are my favourite, but the tacos are a close second!
