Just had Uber eats deliver our dinner not only is it missing a side the chicken was gross doesn't even taste real and is by far the quarter chicken meal from Swiss chalet. Texture is very off on meat the sizes are pathetic for the price being raised already...not worth driving across town for a fry or arguing with Uber who doesn't care sad disappointment to what we were excited to get

Today is my second time ordering online with delivery . Both times I ordered a half chicken and waited almost an hour for delivery , which is fine. It’s not fine when both times I have a quarter chicken dinner dropped off. Two of us eating and now we have to wait for the other quarter to get here. Just totally ruined dinner or the point of getting take out. Not sure why it’s so tough for them to read out one single order. They did send the other quarter but i would’ve preferred to send everything back and get a refund if i knew we’d be eating at seperate times. And the piece I did have so far was super rubbery

Clean the men's bathroom stall toilet! Disgusting! 5 pm Tuesday 11 26. Not acceptable for a restaurant especially when both urinals are out of commission. This will be reported to Niagara Region Health. Filth.

Ordered a couple chicken dinners for my family. Went with a half chicken, a quarter chicken (white meat) and the GameDay combo with 2 quarter chickens (dark meat). Order has 3 issues. Portion sizes for the quarter chicken dinners (dark meat) were tiny, the fries were undercooked, and our drinks weren't included with the meal and we had to go back for them. I raised these concerns through the contact us on the Swiss chalet website and after being told to expect a response in 3 business days. I was never contacted, even after following up. I just feel like our order was rushed, and well below the standards I've had at other Swiss chalet locations. The fryer basket for the fries was clearly overfilled, and there should be some standard sizes to the chicken portions. I get that some chickens are just small, but the 2 we got in the quarter chicken meal were well below average. Gets 2 stars. The chicken was still delicious, even if the serving was smaller than the bun for the quarter chicken dark meat. The fries desperately needed gravy to be palatable, and weren't finished by anyone, and the buns were fantastic as always. For anyone looking to eat here, get the half chicken dinners or the white meat if you do a quarter chicken dinner. I'd get sides other than fries if possible. Also make sure you get your drinks before you leave. For the establishment. Don't over stuff the oven, undercooked fries are gross. Standardize your portion sizes, and respond to your complaints. Overall, won't be back to this location. They have the fast food mentality and rush their orders at the expense of quality. Update: The location took well over a week to respond

Decided to take my kids out for a later dinner, was NOT IMPRESSED with the looks of the chicken served to my 3 year old daughter. When it was brought to the servers attention she let me know that it is fully cooked and that they “temp” the chicken. She let me know that “all the chicken looks like this” and offered to bring me another one. This is when I declined and got a little rude because why would I want another chicken if “they all look like this” I almost forgot to begin I ordered a soup because I was quiet chilly as the weather is changing, the soup came out LUKEWARM where my 3 year old could eat it instantly with no issues. I asked for them to warm it up and she brought me back a new WELL HEATED soup that warmed me right up as intended 🥰 Back to this chicken tho…… I had to ask my group chat if the chicken looked normal and they told me to NOT let her eat it Moral of the story what has happened with the food industry, things just ARE NOT the same. Back in the day Swiss chalet chicken had a nice charr and was literally cooked to perfection. Very disappointed and unfortunately this has turned me off from Swiss chalet in general. When I asked to speak with the chef I was told “he cannot leave the kitchen” After all this I still tipped 15% She did take the meal off my bill as well. Overall disappointment. Ribs aren’t like they used to be either. ALSOOOOOOO , ordered 3 Shirley temples and we got black cardboard straws (I know this is the new thing) only problem is the straws gave the drinks a NASTY flavour !! Even my 11 year old son asked “why do they taste like this” when u sip it without the straw it’s fine but using the straw it tasted like chemicals. I was also told “this is the new thing” LOL 😂 I don’t usually come on here and do this but this HAS to be spoken about. I just cannot fathom being told things are normal when your literally trying to tell them it’s not. PS. MY SON SAID HE SEEN A COCKROACH ON THE LEDGE BESIDE US BUT IT WAS TOO QUICK I MISSED IT

Ordered Swiss Chalet through the drive thru last night. I ordered the Thanksgiving meal and an extra chalet sauce. After getting home, there was no stuffing, no cranberry sauce, no chalet sauce, and the chicken was still pink and gooey inside. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing. Paid $25 for a meal and all I had to eat was fries. If you’re going to advertise a Thanksgiving meal, maybe the employees should be educated on what a Thanksgiving meal consists of, instead of forgetting 3 out of 5 things in an order. Won’t be back.

DIRTY BUILDING with BUGS I got the half rack ribs and white chicken with a 5oz glass of red wine and a lemon meringue pie. It was served with a dirty wine glass, The chicken looked almost pink tho was delicious that way the ribs were sparse for meat and dry. The loaded baked potato I took the bacon out of it, looked nothing like the picture. The place is dirty, the floor around my table had dried up meat and lettuce pieces around and paper things, there were flies in the restaurant and it's February, I actually got a small bite on my wrist from the bugs there.
