The food was alright but the chicken was dry and flavorless and probably good for a diet. The waiter was nice but we waited some time for someone to go to the counter. The atmosphere was nice and friendly. Overall a pretty good restaurant.

Ordered 4 festive specials for take out. An hour later was still in preparing status. Called store went straight to hold no one picked up. Called customer service she called the store and they advised they ran out of chicken due to a large order. They never made any effort to call us and advise us. We cancelled as we had guests over and didn't want to wait another hour for food.

Had the most wonderful experience at dinner tonight! Our server Lauren was AMAZING! She really made our time here memorable, and made sure we were taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better server and will be returning soon!

I will never order from this location again. I ordered ribs+chicken+seasoned rice. The rice was stale. Like it was old, made a few days ago. I spit it back out as soon as I tasted it. The ribs were so poorly done. The chicken was not bad but not the best. Never donating $ to them again.

Walked in on a Friday night at apx 6:30pm. The restaurant was mostly empty with a few workers. We waited apx 5 mins to be seated with staff walking by towards the kitchen and not acknowledging us. Finally, we were seated with an apology for waiting. The waitress took a while to come over after we were seated. We decided to order all our food at once since it seemed like wait times would be long. It took 10 mins to get our drinks, and after another 15 mins, we asked where our garlic loaf was. A different server apologized and brought it out a few minutes later, and it seemed like it was cooked in the microwave. More people started coming into the restaurant and waited a while to be seated as well. Later, the waitress came out to say they had run out of wings. Our food came a short while later which tasted good. I guess they ran out of serving bowls for the gravy because it came in a take out bowl. Also, no water/finger bowls were given at the end. Our waitress came over and said she was sorry for all the waiting and running out of wings. They ended up taking the app off the bill without us asking. After we finished our meal, the plates sat for apx 20 mins, and our waitress was MIA. We ended up calling someone else over who got our waitress from the back. She came with the bill, and we also noticed our drinks were taken off the bill too (also without us asking). Mains were good, but this last visit spoiled it for us, and we will not be back. We ended up leaving at 8 pm...

Visited Swiss Chalet, one of my favourite branches that has turned into an annual tradition with my family. The interior exudes an early 2000s vibe, providing a nostalgic touch that's somewhat missing in today's restaurant chains. The service, especially from our server Sue, has consistently been top-notch. Our table was packed with hearty choices for a family of four: Ribs Sandwich, Ribs and Mashed Potatoes, Ribs and Quarter Chicken, and the seasonal special - Quarter Chicken with a salad and chicken soup. The ribs were flavourful, and the chicken dishes were satisfyingly filling. Overall, I cherish this location for its atmosphere, attentive staff, and delightful food, making it a favourite for our family outings.

We ordered the Family Pack+added extra sides on March 4th pick up time @1930. Fries were bad, all three boxes of them mostly had skin more than potatoes. Even my son said it wasn’t good, who loves their fries. Cabbage in the Coleslaw seems to be getting bigger and bigger pieces. I used to love their coleslaw but last few times we ordered, the cabbage was cut up in chunks. One part of the chicken was burnt (see the pictures attached) Only best part was the chalet sauce Didn’t enjoy the meal tonight at all.

I used to come to this Swiss chalet all the time and I decided to give it a try after 10+ years. The service was fine, maybe waited a little longer than normal for someone to take our order. We got a couple apps to start then quarter chicken/half chicken meals with fries. It’s your average Swiss chalet- nothing standout or impressive just solid Swiss.
