Horrible customer service. We ordered a chicken pot pie from this heartland location and you would think that a chicken pot PIE would have a PIE CRUST on top. Clearly there is no pie crust here and just a slice of bread on top. We picked up our order from this location and drove home 45 min and when we opened up our order we saw this and was so upset. We had all our guests over. We tried calling this location many times and no one picked up the phone. We decided to drive back just to let them know. And they said that there was a new cook at the back but we saw another review about the same problem that was posted on Reddit from a while ago. I guess this is there new standard 🤦♀️

We ordered our meals drive through and it took her a while to get our order right. We waited at the main entrance for our order and she brought locked bag after 10 minutes and she read the order which was our order. Upon arriving home, and getting the food out from the bag, we found out that they missed our order and we paid them extra but didn’t get dark meat and the sweet.

Had the thanksgiving special which was about $20 after tax consisting of a quarter leg with stuffing and cranberry sauce along with fries and a slice of pumpkin pie. If you want a better deal, look out for the takeout only deals. If not during thanksgiving, I would recommend the double leg with fries instead if you want additional protein. Swiss Chalet is known for their chicken however even though the flavor is there, the chicken came out slightly warm which is not good. The pie was excellent. Fluffy like a cake An additional note, the server took so long to give us the bill (and also took so long to reheat my cold chicken)

Went over to try the roast beef feature, wasn't a bad choice, but chicken is the main feature here! Was warned about tap water not being the greatest choice so went with ginger ale but that was not a great choice either. Felt like being in a diner with one waitress running the show and directing others around, was kind of comical 😉. You cannot go wrong with Swiss Chalet!!!

First time at this location. Big layout inside. Nice staff, friendly and helpful. Farzy made our dinner enjoyable. Viewable tv and love the big bench seat. Thanks.

Good vibes. The food was very tasty and the service was excellent. Unfortunately I have to give it only 4 stars because both the men's and women's bathrooms were totally dirty. I hope they improve this aspect.

Farzy was a really amazing server, her attitude and her organization made this visit all the more worth it! The prices here for their starters are incredible. I really enjoyed the chicken poutine and strongly recommend it as well! Thank you for the great hospitality!
