Tandoori Flame Mississauga

This is the best Indian buffet I have tasted in the entire North America. The service, food taste, presentation of the food, restaurant ambience is top notch. None of the item disappointed, live jilebi and malpua in the desserts is attractive, they have a variety of drinks too. Tandoor items steal the show and the vast selection of the curries are fresh and tasty.Chat items like pani puri, dahi puri and pav bhaji are also great addition to the buffet. Just felt that the water bottle purchase option is bit much for few people and that wont bother the show , other than that the buffet is outstanding.

We drove from Waterloo to celebrate our anniversary here. It did not disappoint! Samar was our server and went above and beyond by recommending drinks based on our preferences and gave us a run down of the buffet. He was very prompt at collecting our plates and refilling our water. The food was delicious and fresh. Highly recommend!

I recently visited this Indian restaurant for their Tuesday lunch buffet. While the spread was impressive, I found the vegetarian options somewhat limited. The flavors were decent, especially considering the reasonable price of $24.99, but nothing stood out as exceptional. However, the highlight of my experience was the exceptional service; both servers were incredibly polite and attentive. Additionally, the dessert selection was delightful, providing a sweet end to the meal. Will come back for their dinner buffet soon. Overall, it was a satisfying experience worth trying for those seeking a casual dining option.

I recently visited Tandoori Flame, and it was a fantastic experience! The buffet offered an impressive variety of dishes, ensuring there was something for everyone. The starters were particularly tasty and fresh, setting a great tone for the meal. While the main course was decent, I felt it could be improved to match the high standard of the appetizers. The dessert selection was extensive, and I loved the addition of a chat counter, salad bar, burger station, and dosa counter. If you plan to visit, I recommend coming hungry—there’s so much to taste that you might want to starve the whole day to sample everything! Overall, my visit was wonderful. The staff were helpful and friendly, which added to the positive vibe of the place. I would definitely recommend Tandoori Flame for a delightful dining experience!

Personally, this is the best buffet I have ever had in recent memory. Vast selection of good food. Upscale and lively atmosphere in the restaurant. Good service, but be aware that the water on the table is for a charge. I prefer to get a drink with refills.

My family and I visited this location for a birthday, and I did enjoy my time here. The food was great, the flavors were authentic, and the inside was very organized and clean. There were some things I did not expect and was a bit disappointed by. After reading a number of reviews stating that the wait time would be long, We decided to arrive once they opened for dinner at 5:00 pm. It was unfortunate to hear that they do not take reservations with less than 10 people. I would say that they have a good amount of seating in the dining room, and they definitely could have accommodated for a reservation of six for the time that we were there. Nevertheless, we arrived at 5:00 pm, and we were seated right away. One thing that already put a bad taste, or rather a bad smell in my nose, were the flowers hanging along the entrance leading up to the main doors. I don't know if the rain caused the flowers to smell horribly, but that is not a smell you want to walk up to a restaurant before eating. I had to cover my nose waiting for the doors to open. As for the service, the hostess who greeted us when we entered was speaking very quietly. She could have spoken louder when giving any sort of direction or instruction on what to do. I was standing in front of her and I could not hear what she was saying. She seemed to have a headset on, and maybe that prevented her from speaking loudly. When we got to our table, another server gave us some information on the special drinks. Once I saw the bottled water on the table, I made sure to ask if that was an additional fee. I wasn't as surprised to know that it was an additional charge after reading some other reviews on this place. It's unfortunate that they don't provide free iced tap water as an option right off the gate. The fact that you are telling people to buy water to enjoy a buffet experience is a bit strange to me. I understand that the food is spicy and has different levels of spice, but people know that already coming into an Indian buffet restaurant. If any water is charged, it should be carbonated water. As for the receipt, I made sure to take a picture of it to share with all of you so you know what to expect when you dine here. Dinner on a Saturday night was $39.99/person. Overall, I did enjoy the food because I'm familiar with a number of Indian dishes, and the flavor was fantastic.

Big time scammers!!! DO NOT visit this place. Not recommended AT ALL. We visited this place on Aug 5th. We got 3 adult buffet meals. We sat at the table the waitress guided us to and she goes on to ask if we’d like Still or Sparkle water. We replied ‘Still’. She pointed at the bottle on the table. We obviously presumed it to be free and neither the ‘smart’ waitress tell us that the water was chargeable. The 750ml water was $6. Also the waitress(Pallavi) kept pushing us their mock tails and drinks. We told her twice that we weren’t interested but the girl wouldn’t give up. Finally we settled with a pitcher of Diet Pepsi which was from the tap so it was flat. It felt like drinking sugary water and this was $14. Nothing great about the food either. It was just another average North Indian place. The food lacked flavour. It was mediocre. Never going back to this place and of course informing the friends and community to not try this place. We total bill was $158.15 before tax and gratuity. I recommend Kerala curry house and Amma mess if you’re thinking buffet. Incredible service, tasty food and no scamming. Have some ethics guys. Shame!!! The worst food experience for us in Canada!
