Decided to check out this place while visiting some fam here in hamilton! Atmosphere gave off olden-days pizza joint vibes; I like how it’s a family-run business- && took a photo of I guess the origin of when it all started (Thought that was really sweet!) Service was nice! Ordered a med pizza which was pretty decently priced && the lady & her daughter were awesome help! Pizza itself was OK. The toppings, cheese & the dough were great! The tomato sauce though was a lil bland & the texture was more on the liquid vs. Smooth & chunky which was a bit sadge but I MEAN WITH THOSE PRICES it’s an amazing deal! Overall, good experience!

I've been ordering from this place for almost 5 years. Our order has ALWAYS been perfect. You get a lot of food for your $. I love the delivery driver. When he shows up, he always greats my daughter with a "HEY, GIRL!" Fantastic business and great customer service! 5 stars!

This place has amazing pizza IF you can get it. They close early and 3 or 4 times now I went 25-45 min before they close. You can't call bc no one picks up. I drive all the way there and I'm told each time they are closed. I think when you close at 10:30pm and you show up at 10pm, you should be able to fulfill your customers order. Trust me .. they don't have any other orders. I think I'm done ordering from here. Time to find another amazing place that closes at a normal closing pizza time. It's a shame but I can't support those who puts all their eggs in a school basket and doesn't give the same services outside school hours. I honestly feel from the look of the place that they don't care anymore. They make money off of slices for the school and the kids don't care the place is run down. It hasn't been updated at all in years. They just keep putting paper over their price changes. Not great business owners for such a nice community this was my very last attempt. I have ordered probably 100x over the years. No more...

Very poor customer service. Unhappy with my experience today as my pizza was made incorrectly with pepperoni when we don’t eat pork. I called and was told to come back in ten minutes and my “correct” pizza would be ready. Already annoyed since I’ve already driven there to pick up my incorrect pizza, I brought the wrong pizza back and the woman was wondering why I was back. They gave me someone else’s order to “rectify” the issue. I asked for a refund for my XL pizza for the time wasted and the people working just stared blankly at me and said no. Very disappointing the entire situation. Better customer service and I wouldn’t have had an issue. We loved ordering from here but will find a new pizza joint.

It's a mediocre pizza place. It's been around for a while, so the interior could use renovation. The pizza itself seems to use the same basic ingredients as everyone else who runs a pizza store. Basic tomato sauce and basic mozzarella. Nothing to brag about. What nets you 3 stars is charging customers $1.25 after a $2.00 tip just to drizzle some barbecue sauce on two slices of pizza. That one got me as a consumer. Good place to stop by if you're hungry for a quick slice of pizza, but there's also a Tim Hortons right there that doesn't charge you for sugar and cream on the side...

We got the Torino deal which was an excellent value!! The wings we got sauce on the side and they were SO crispy and yummy. The pizzas were great with a generous amount of topping. It also came with fries, garlic bread and 4 pops. Can’t beat the deal! Would order again.
