okay so ive been here a few times and things have been good, the waitress was great and food was nice. I come here with my friend a lot when we’re home from uni but today’s experience was so bad. First of all we didn’t get even a hello until 15 minutes after we sat. The table next to us, who were seated 7ish minutes after us got served first and actually left before us. The waiter finally came, and was leaning on the booth over us and my friend had to fully turn around in her seat to even talk to him. we finally ordered our appetizers and my friend got garden salad and found bacon in it, thankfully she’s not vegetarian. My soup, that was ordered at the same time came 10 minutes later. i got the Italian wedding soup and it had no noodles, which is not a huge deal, but when I asked the waiter if they had stopped putting noodles in the soup because I wasn’t sure, he said that I “got a bad scoop”. Throughout the night, it was a struggle to even get the waiter to come over to us. He completely avoided eye contact, and we saw him multiple times standing talking to coworkers, and none of the employees would even look at us. Like the way they completely avoided eye contact was honestly laughable lol. When he did eventually come talk to us he kept walking by as he spoke, thus not even giving us the chance to Ask him for another drink or anything. My glass was empty within the first 10 minutes of getting it and he did not ask if I wanted another drink until 5 minutes before we left. When our food finally came, the plates were super hot and he placed them at the very edge of the table so that we had to lift the plates and move them and gave no warning about how hot they were and we burned our hands. We got burnt bread and the bacon for the carbonara was extremely undercooked. We were waiting at the end for someone to clear our plates and we were actually going to order more food but because of how long they kept us waiting probably 20 minutes when we finally saw him again we decided to just get our bill due to the long wait. Before we even got our bill, a gentleman who I believe was the manager actually had to come over and clear our plates for us because they had been sitting for so long. In the past, we have had decent experience here but moving forward, I would not come back or honestly take the extra 10 minutes to go to the other one.

Had an amazing dinner! The food was top notch, enjoyed every bite. The server Peter was amazing nothing but nice! He has incredible charisma to him, made us laugh and made the night just that much more enjoyable! Would recommend coming here for sure

We have been at the restaurant for the very first time, did not feel like that, PETER made the environment much friendlier and also helped me with the suggestions. And the food quality is like cherry on top. I am definitely coming back. LOVE IT 🍮♥️🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻

Amazing experience ! What made our visit exceptionally great was our waitress Cami. She was very attentive and understands table etiquette very well. She knew when we were ready, in need of refills, ready for dessert and ready to go! Keep up the great work.

Excellent service received tonight. Had the date night menu with my bff who came for a visit from Alberta. Kaitlyn went above and beyond for our evening out.

This is one of our favourite places for lunch. I love their tetrazzini, absolutely delicious. My son had the blue bow tie pasta and loved it. He was also super excited about the robot that brought us our food. Our server today, Peter, was great. Very friendly, kind and seemed like he was happy to be there, which is something I see rarely these days. It’s refreshing and definitely made our experience nicer.

We were happy to be back for my husband’s birthday. I was disappointed our waiter never asked what we were celebrating. The service was poor. Yes it was busy but there were a lot of staff working. We were on the far side and our waiter was also serving outside on patio. The bus folks were beyond slow. Sitting while clearing tables. We were still enjoying appetizers when our mains arrived. The Italian wedding soup was delish. The bread melted in your mouth. We were planning on trying the salad. My salmon was slightly over cooked as well as pasta. The flavour was spot on. The trio was really enjoyed . Desserts were outstanding, beautifully presented we had a trio and caramel brownie. Service for drinks was in short supply. The music choice made for a loud hum in the background taking away from the ambiance. I look forward to returning when it is quieter and hopefully service will be up to par. The food had great potential.

Shalena was an absolute amazing server, had us seated right away and took care of everything. Food was fresh and hot. Couldn't of asked for anything to be better. It was all top tier
