Sunset Grill

Portion is HUGE. I ordered a meat lover omelette and it filled with cheese and toppings. The taters are also good. The Asian lady server provided me good services. Recommend.

I had high hopes for a relaxing breakfast at Sunset Grill, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge letdown. Upon arriving, my party and I were seated and completely ignored for over 10 minutes—no menus, no water, no acknowledgment from the staff. Once the server finally approached us, we were hopeful things would improve, but it only got worse. After placing our order, we waited an additional 30 minutes for our food, and the service was still lackluster. This is not the level of service I expect from a restaurant, especially one with a reputation for all-day breakfast. I won't be returning and highly recommend they address their customer service issues. A basic level of attention to guests should always come first.

My friend and I come here after our night shifts together and we look forward to it every time! Huge shout out to out waitress (i didnt get her name) who is the absolute sweetest and is always so pleasant, attentive and quick with our orders! Good customer service goes a long way and she deserves recognition!

My family and I celebrated Father's Day at Sunset Grill for brunch, and despite a minor hiccup, it turned out to be a delightful experience. Initially, there was a small miscommunication with the seating arrangement, as others who arrived after us were seated first. However, when I raised this concern with the manager, Dominic, he handled the situation with utmost professionalism. Dominic promptly arranged for us to be seated at a larger table, ensuring we were comfortable and able to enjoy our meal without further delay. Our waiter, Tiger, provided excellent service throughout the meal. He was courteous and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed. As for the food, it was as delicious as we've come to expect from Sunset Grill. The brunch options were plentiful, and each dish was prepared to perfection. Overall, despite the initial hiccup, the outstanding service from Dominic and Tiger, paired with the consistently delicious food, made our Father's Day brunch a memorable one. We look forward to returning to Sunset Grill for another enjoyable dining experience.

Arrived at 09:00 on Saturday morning. I was immediately greeted and seated. I drink decaf coffee. The hostess informed me that she will put in afresh pot. Order 3 eggs, peameal bacon, med over-easy and dark rye. Food arrived nice and hot, served with a smile. Other places they serve you shaved peamael bacon, here you get the original nice and juicy ones 🌟Overall an excellent experience.

Ordered $1 pancake special today - Feb 13. First time to this restaurant at Markham Road. Restaurant is big and nice and new. Staffs are welcoming. I only ordered take out pancakes! I brought my own container for the pancakes! Kids said the pancakes taste very good! Next time will bring my kids to dine in here for breakfast 😁😁
