Awful experience. Awful staff at the drive in window. Repeated myself 3 times & even spoke very clear & slowly yet still manage to get my order wrong. Been here more than 10 times & every single time something is wrong or missing in my order. Worst customer service in the industry. Staff sits in the back laughing among each other while doing everything but delivering good service. Very disappointed & don’t know how this place is still in business. Staff should be ashamed of themselves & should take their job more seriously. Very disappointing & wouldn’t recommend this establishment to my dog yet alone paying customers.

I have been to this location several times. The dining area is always dirty and floor is sticky. We prefer take out instead of dine in. The managers should ensure the floors and tables are clean.

DO NOT BUY SPONGEBOB KRABBY PATTY! Con Artist Advertising!!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING SPONGEBOB ABOUT THE BURGER/DRINK OR EVEN PACKAGING!!! We asked the cashier if this is the promoted "KRABBY PATTY" Burger and we pointed out that THERE WAS NOTHING SPONGEBOB/KRABBY PATTY ABOUT IT, we even asked if there was atleast a bag printed with ANYTHING to do with SPONGEBOB-- the cashier said "No we DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING SPONGEBOB" they claim that the ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THE SAUCE THEY PUT ON THE BURGER.*** MISLEADING PROMOTION ***

Do not order here. My boyfriend and I just ordered a burger and it’s made us sick. The sauce is spoiled. I called so many times and they never answered. We have been having an upset stomach and not feeling well all day. I would give 0 stars if I could. Never go here, horrible manager and rude staff.

I'm not sure how one can read double cheeseburger and still process it as single, I was there on around 11:20ish or so as of this post, there was no other car besides mine in the drive thru and somehow they managed to mess this up. Is it so difficult to double check what the order is before it comes out of the kitchen? The receipt literally says DOUBLE, I saw previous reviews saying that they blamed the app but I don't believe it given the receipt printed out exactly what I ordered. Either way, this isn't the first time for me and likely won't be the last, just be vigilant and check what you order from here for discrepancies before you leave, or better yet get them to check it before you even take it. You paid for it, you should be getting what you ordered.
