Sunset Grill

This was my first time at this restaurant. I ordered grill cheese with bacon and sweet potatoes. It was served hot, and it was delicious. The waiter did a good job serving my brother and I. We paid cash for the bill and the waiter. They do accept credit and debit. When we came in, the waiter let us choose where we wanted to sit down at a table. They do have restrooms with Wheelchair Accessible Entrances. They do their best to keep them clean. They have free parking at the front of the restaurant. They do share the parking lot with Eastgate Square.

We stopped by for brunch while shopping and it was our first time. It was packed but we got a seat right away. Everything on the menu sounded great, but we both decided on the Monte Cristo with home fries. The sandwiches were very good with lots of delicious ham and perfectly cooked home fries. It also came with a carrot stick and cucumber stick. The service was very good too. I did go back a couple of days later by myself and had the meat lovers breakfast wrap and that was very good too. I can see myself going back on a regular basis if I'm not on a diet lol.

Just finished having breakfast here and it takes a lot to get me to write up a review but my waitress Peggy was so amazing she honestly made my week so much better!! Left with a full stomach and fuller heart :) God bless Peggy gets 5/5 stars

The food was great and I love sunset grill but your servers need to use deodorant. I really debated leaving this review but oh my God, it was so awful it actually killed my appetite. I understand certain cultures don't use it and some people regardless of culture find it unhealthy but that Is NOT what I want to smell while I'm eating, completely filling the room every time my server walks by my table. Just WASH at least.

We just ate there today for lunch the first time. Friendly atmosphere, casual setting, booths and tables, other customers looking happy, great service. The menu was extensive with great all-day breakfast options on up. Food was fresh and served up appealingly and prices were lower than I would have thought! Bathroom was clean. Definitely glad we tried something new today, won't the last. Cleaned our plates 😄

Food was generally ok, burger was big, fries were good, there's just one major complaint. I ordered a small fruit salad as a side for my meal (fibre and vitamins and whatever). In the fruit salad was a small piece of plastic (looked and felt like plastic in my teeth). It was small enough where if I didn't notice it, I probably would've swallowed it. I'm assuming it was left in there from the packaging of the fruit, or in the washing process. This should've been caught.

Met the owner upon checking in. Absolutely one of the most friendly experiences I’ve had. We’re traveling from the states and he exchanged our money and refused a tip for saving us the time to find a place. That goes to his character. Oh, the food…excellent. Best avocado toast I’ve ever had. Very refreshing. The flavor combination of the feta, olives and creaminess of the avocado, with a hit of red onion, was great! Service was fast, courteous and the place is super clean. Love this place.
