Had the pleasure to stop here for a bite to eat while out riding our motorcycles - The owner was very accommodating when I asked questions regarding potential food allergens and adapted the food so I could eat it. All I can say is if you like BBQ stop here and eat - it is well worth it We actually were here May 24,2024 just hadn’t remembers to post a review Signing off for now 2 chubby bikers and a parrot :)

I was first introduced to Memphis Fire via the TV show You Gotta Eat Here! a few years ago, and I've enjoyed dining in (as well as dining in the parking lot during the pandemic) at the restaurant a few times. I've always enjoyed the food very much, especially the pulled pork sandwich (1 of 3 sliders). My son enjoyed his 6 oz classic burger so much that he wolfed it down. The missus also really enjoyed the smoked wings. The staff was friendly and attentive, overall a welcoming atmosphere in addition to the delicious food.

We had a fabulous meal at the Memphis Fire BBQ company. From the outside it doesn’t look like much but we were pleasantly surprised to find it was quite full of locals. I put pictures of the food on a global group chat and was blown away by how many people from the Niagara Region wrote back asking for the name of the restaurant. Party of 4. We had 2 hamburgers with spiced tater tots, 1 hotdog and 1 pulled pork with side salads. Total bill for 4 was $95/- Mary Jane our waitress was great & made the whole experience better with her attention.

Hands down the best BBQ restaurant in Hamilton. Have been going for years now and the food never disappoints. On my most recent trip to Memphis Fire BBQ, I ordered a full rack of ribs, with ranch fries and cornbread. The ribs were smoked perfectly and were truly fall off the bone. Their Tales of the Silk Road bbq sauce on the ribs is amazing. The ranch fries and cornbread were both deadly delicious and were large portions. Seriously 10/10 restaurant. Highly recommend

Had a great dinner with friends. This is a local spot which makes everything in house - even their ranch dip! I had the slider combo with pit beans and ranch tots. All was fantastic and had lots of leftovers to bring home. Turned the leftovers into an incredible breakfast for the next morning! I also grabbed a slice of pie to go.

This restaurant is a hidden gem! Our server was so nice and attentive, our food arrived quickly and was delicious, and the atmosphere was very welcoming—would certainly recommend! My husband said the hot dog was one of the best he’s had.

We decided to have lunch after cherry picking at Sun Valley Farm eally worth it. We ordered classic cheese burger and sneaky cheese burger all 6oz, it's very delicious and more than filling. Each burger cost around $20 with a choice of side which we ordered Cesar salad, garden salad and fries. Also ordered 20 Oz steam whistle pilsner beer, it's really good. Overall experience was great. We'll definitely go back again.

The staff very welcoming and friendly. I was passing by and I popped in to grab some takeout. They attended to me right away. It could be as they weren’t busy. It felt good. The wings are a nice size. Smokey tastes coming through, falling of the bone goodness. They spice rub on this is not one I am to fond of. It’s strong. Kind of overpowering spice blend. The Mac and cheese needed to be a little more tight. Perhaps some more cheese would have done the job. The taters had a nice spice on them and taste very good. Overall it’s a must visit. The ambiance inside and out is very relaxing . I love the outdoor seating. there is wheelchair access, sitting inside and out. The free parking lot is nice size. But can be full on busy days. I got a nice amount of food for $28 plus tax.
