Beware!! The pop machine only has regular pop. They will not tell you that and there is no signage to indicate thay they are being exclusive in drink options. I have diabetes and cannot drink regular pop. I was told that there were no refunds, the pop in the case was .50c more (after I paid) and that it was my fault because I did not ask if there was sugar free pop in the machine before I paid. This is an accessibility issue and incredibly poor customer service. Do yourself a favour and have fries instead.

The guy in the counter was super rude, went there to order Sunday around 9:50 pm, was super hungry from coming back from up north long drive. 2 sandwich all we wanted, he said he cant make it because shop closed. Even the closing time shown 10 pm. Try not to stop by this subway location around that time , you will returned with empty handed and stomach.

Fantasy fair has been around since I was a child and the costs have sky rocketed. Although it is still a fun, family kind of atmosphere. They should have newer rides and lower costs to attracted new customers. Overall it still is great to bring your kids out for an afternoon to burn some energy.

The only reason I continue to visit this store is for Linda who works on weekdays. Always helpful and knowledgeable. I don't get what happens in this store at night, but on the day that I was in for breakfast, there was zero bread due to the evening staffs actions or lack of action? Linda was apologetic about this and offered me flatbread which was fine. I am not sure how long she has worked there, but she really has great product knowledge and can fix you up a special 6 or 12 inch sub that you will remember. Edit Sept 7th: I wont be back to this store ever and have changed my 5 star to 1. Subway has fired Linda and she was the last person at this location who offered conversation on a human level. The employees don't care and management is never around to monitor. For starters, the staff parks their vehicles in the customer parking closest to the door. This is a simple task, have your staff park in the farther parking spots. Its not complicated. Food bins are disgusting, product is not prepared for the upcoming day and there is zero chance of having a friendly conversation. A note to the owner, you fired the last reason that many people walked into your store, and the only reason that I would visit. There is a lot more to a great customer experience than the sub alone. I wont be back.

Honestly really good! This place was absolute garbage a while ago, new staff is excellent super friendly, great sandwiches shout out to Linda the morning girl, I never ever tip at subway, well that changed today, she's an absolute sweetheart, coldwater subway could learn a lot from this new staff. Will be back 100 percent!

The service is not pleasant, the lady in front of us said she'd never do that, as they spoke a different language about a customer infront of her. Then they had no bread options besides multi grain or flat bread. So naturally we got flat bread. The bread was stail and hard, so much for eat fresh.
