Shannon's Kitchen Cafe & Bistro offers made-on-order, home-cooked, scrumptious meals in a warm and cozy atmosphere. Dine in or take away. Inspired by the local history of Victoria Harbour, a sawmill town, we've incorporated this cherished history into our restaurant design. Stop in and have a look. We partner with local suppliers of fresh and wholesome foods and offer breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner. But we don't stop there. Our freshly cooked bread and the divine sandwich menu will give your tummy some local goodness. Need a party place? We've covered that too. We offer large gatherings, including children's parties, office celebrations, and meetings. Are you having a party at home? We do catering too!

Six of us went for lunch today, and it was fantastic! I'd heard about Shannon's Kitchen but never had the chance to go, and I'm so glad we did. First, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the service is great. The food was so good. Fresh, hot, and wonderful flavours. I had the Southern Fried Pork Schnitzel topped with salsa and cheese. A combination I would never think of, but was it ever good! Someone else in our party had the Cajun Chicken, Bacon, and Egg Club and loved it. One of our kids had the Cheeseburger and said it was the best they'd ever had. Very original flavour combinations and all excellent. We will definitely be back. They do accept reservations, and it was busy, so I would recommend calling ahead.

A must try gem with fresh made meals and portions that will blow your mind! The owner herself does all the cooking which means you can taste the love in the food! Definitely check out their 3 am fries which are out of this world!

First of all the staff is so helpful and accommodating. Food was fresh and hot. Fish in chips was amazing, so crispy and no grease. If your up here for quick visit don't forget to check this place out.

Beautifully decorated interior design. Layout was spacious with boutique vibes. Wonderful service, food looked beautiful & delicious. Prices were very reasonable. Will come back for their sticky toffee pudding cake and eggs Benedict; in that order 😉

Absolutely delightful from the food to the staff to Shannon herself and the beautiful energy she has created in this cozy spot! I had the Belgium beef rolls and Holy moly! What a treat. My lady had carrot ginger soup with GF toast which was also quite nice! Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back for the famous curries and Benedict on weekend breakfasts. Thanks again!

Our family of 9 have just enjoyed a fabulous meal here. The food was delicious and the service friendly and fast. I have to particularly comment on the crispy fried Brie salad. It was genuinely the best salad I have ever had. Don’t miss this gem of a cafe/bistro.

We went to Shannon’s Kitchen for dinner this Canada Day long weekend. My friends come here very often but it’s the first time for me and my baby. The food is super delicious especially the breaded cheese. Garlic bread plus a piece of orange and some sauce from the plate plus the salad & cheese makes a flavourful bite! Every one of us love the cheese so much. Our babies also enjoyed their food a lot. Owners are so friendly and talkative. Pasta, ribs, fish & chips, and grill pork loin are all good. Definitely recommend this restaurant. While I’m writing this review in my mind I’m already think about when can I come to taste the delicious food again!

This place is fantastic—one of the top spots to visit locally. I highly recommend trying anything on the menu. Also, Tommy and Shannon are wonderful hosts; they make the experience even more enjoyable. Looking forward to our next visit!
