Subway

I would like to say that it was twice that i visited this location but comparatively last time i was treated very bad so i decided not to choose this location but this time i am so amazed that this guy ‘harsh’ was so kind and sweet to us. I really appreciate him for his kindness and support. Thank you for the sub sandwich and thank you for treating us well!!!

Sanitation is not a top priority anymore since it sold out to India. Usually dirty. I stopped eating subway over 5yrs ago. The bread isn't healthy nor is all the highly processed meat.

Today, 8.05 am, I visited the store and was told by the woman behind the counter that they open at 8.15. Not true, they open at 8am, but the staff was not ready to serve customers. Her personality and politeness was zero and so was the male sitting at a table, who was giving her no assistance and gave me the stare down. Rude, and I was clearly bothering both of them by being a customer walking into the store. So what we have here, is my second local Subway that I will never enter again as the management/owner, is negligent, who I believe is the same individual as the Waubashene store. This owner fails badly at training the staff to abide by the franchise agreement and Subway corporate should take notice. If you choose to open the store late because your staff is late, you have lost my business once again. How about hire someone local and train them properly, instead of your obvious hiring practices that if I can remind you, this is illegal in Canada. You are supposed to hire the best person for the job, instead of which friend or family member that you choose. All of these words are things that people are too afraid to say, but I am saying it. I expect the usual fake 5-star reviews to follow this posting, people are not stupid, they see right through it.

My experience has been that a few times I have walked over to Subway about 10 to 9 and it has been closed twice both times with staff leaving. Why doed the website say 930 as well as the sign on the window?? Iy should be updated to save me from the walk in the cold walking with a crutch

I placed an order Thursday before Christmas to be picked up Friday. I had all 8 subs on a sheet with names and order. I asked to have it by 8:30am Friday I went at 8:10 Friday to ask for added items on the subs. They unwrapped the ones already done, added the items and toasted them.. They were done at 8:30 on the dot .. Highly recommend this place and the staff was so accommodating and friendly... Smiles

Best Subway around. Courteous staff and generous on toppings. Didn’t have to ask them to double up on any of them unlike some Subways nowadays…
