Sub was actually good. They put all toppings very well. Service was good. Employees were very professional. The sub was built the way I wanted. I would recommend everybody to go to this place.

I ordered a footling sub with a coupon and the coupon says no substitutions, this is not the service workers fault and just a policy of the company. The staff worked with me to get what I wanted in the confines of the coupon. My order was taken fast and the staff work diligently to make it hot and fresh. The location is immaculately clean. A great experience.

It's clear this Subway does not use the standard portions of meat. My husband ordered the brisket sub (which is $16, it isn't cheap), and there was the tiniest amount of meat on it. We had ordered from the Subway in Binbrook the week before and what a difference, it actually had the standard amount of meat on it. Other than the meatball subs that were ordered (guess it's more tough to cheap out on), all of our subs were very light on the meat. In the same visit, my 9 year old son ordered the steak and bacon sub (again, not cheap) and they had forgot the bacon, which he didn't say anything until he had eaten a few bites (still most of it left). I get people make mistakes so I informed the person behind the counter, thinking they would remake it. Instead she put bacon in the fryer or however they warm it up, and then asked for his partially eaten sandwich and where they prep everyone else's food, she stuffed the bacon into what was left of his sandwich. This is a total HEALTH VIOLATION. The only positive thing I can say about this place is it's been beautifully renovated. We will never go back to this location.

Unfortunately I have to add on to the complaints regarding toppings. I have tried this store a few times now, with mixed results. My most recent order, I got the Nashville hot chicken. When I opened it, I thought I had the wrong order, I didn't see chicken or hot sauce? Turns out there was just so little chicken I could barely tell it was there, and there was indeed no hot sauce. Doesn't really feel like I got what I ordered. You won't save much money skimping on toppings if you don't have any customers... Reading further reviews, it looks like the owner is also committing labour law violations. Might be best to avoid this one... Edit: I love the obviously fake reviews Amit. Keep trying to trick people into coming to your subpar store.

Worst subway ever. The only thing good in this subways is that it is beautiful inside but the food and service is worst. I asked her for habanero jack cheese and she told me that they charge extra for that cheese, none of the locations charge extra for different cheese what nonsense they are using. Also then after getting the sandwich i asked her to grill it for me. They did not even grill it. Bad experience and waste of money and time. Don’t fall fir the look of the store.

They did a fantastic job following my special requests make my order just right. I’ve always received fresh bread and toppings, whether I order in person or through Uber Eats. If you're a fan of Subway, I definitely recommend this location; they truly excel at what they do!

Place is a joke. Walked in there with a coupon for any “build your own” sub. The owner tried to tell me I could only order the “cheap” subs off the menu even though the coupon said any. Took my same coupon to another location and was allowed to order any sub from that same menu. Buddy is trying to rip people off and make more off the coupons. Avoid this place, there is a better one at Upper Ottawa and Fennel.

I ordered sub just some minutes ago and I asked for some modifications in the sub. But the sub was totally different from what I asked/mentioned in the order. Though I asked for problem resolution they’re replying we made it correct and we can’t do anything about this. So this is what they serve us and don’t have any solutions of the poorly made sub. U can clearly see I asked for more onions and tomatoes and less lettuce but the results are not even same as well as I asked for some more sauces but it’s clearly visible that it’s not having that as well.
