This location is always really quick in the drive thru and very pleasant people. I appreciate that they put labels on their drive thru menu that states something is gone for the season, good communication.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at the Shelbourne Starbucks! They were open and working on Christmas Day, and despite being away from their own families, they greeted every customer with warmth and kindness. The service was quick, my drink was made perfectly, and the atmosphere was so cheerful. It’s clear that the staff truly care about creating a great experience for everyone who walks through the door. Huge thank you to the team for their dedication and graciousness on a holiday—absolutely five-star service!

Paying for my 1 coffee by debit through the drive thru and she hands me the machine stating there is a tip option for your coffee today. Excuse me? Aren’t I already paying you to make me a coffee? Why on earth would I tip you for that? I’m not sitting at a table being served. Disgusting, won’t be back.

Our first visit to this location. Who knew? What a surprise to find such an awesome location. The best coffee in town and a beautiful patio to enjoy this great weather. Make this a destination for sure.

My boyfriends mom got me a pink drink from this location I’ve never had it before but I’ve seen other people with that drink and their drink never looked like this, how can you let this drink go out to someone it looks extremely curdled and disgusting. She would have said something about it to the person but she’s never seen what it’s supposed to look like and it’s not this.

Went to drive thru and tried to ordered a recommended drink. The male attendant didn't understand my order and not only did they not try to help me through the order but loudly shouted that they not have such a thing. If it's not doable let me know but did not expect to receive such rude service from Starbucks that is suppose to be valued for their customer service. Completely uncalled for. At the end, I just took whatever he could make for me since there were other cars waiting and because we felt so bad when he yelled at us. Very disappointed in this encounter.

The baristas here at Starbucks are more lively and friendly. The food and drinks I ordered were completed quickly. And the hot sandwiches were so delicious that I ordered one more. I enjoyed the break more pleasantly due to the happy energy of the staff here. One more thing: its own washroom is clean and convenient.😎👍✨
