We ordered the NEW Detroit style pizza and it arrived as a flatbread. It was so bad. Called the restaurant and tried to speak to the manager on duty tonight but he couldn’t speak English enough to hold a conversation. Horrible customer service and the pizza was complete garbage. It’s exactly like a Tim Hortons pizza.

I had an amazing experience at St. Louis Bar and Grill, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, MacKenzie! From the moment we were seated, she made us feel right at home with her warm, friendly demeanor. She was attentive, making sure our drinks were always full and checking in at just the right times. Her recommendations for both food and drinks were spot on, and her genuine enthusiasm made the whole experience that much better. MacKenzie’s positive energy and exceptional service really stood out, making this visit one of the best I've had at any restaurant. Highly recommend asking for her next time you're there—she truly goes above and beyond!

Went on Tuesday for wing night. $12.99 a pound with fries and their signature dill dipping sauce. Wing size very good, everything was crispy and delicious. Not them soggy frozen fries. Lauren was very sweet and attentive. Will be back for sure.

Had a great experience here with great food and atmosphere but overall it was because of the service. Sam provided excellent service and was very enthusiastic throughout the night. She had given my friends and I amazing service. From the moment we were seated, Sam's warm and attentive service made us feel welcome. Mackenzie is like the best like I mean she's busy and all but still makes time to talk to me and give me a amazing service. I definitely recommend this St. Louis location in Pickering because of her hands down. 10/10

I ordered my wings through Uber eats lastnight - while I was eating my wing i found hair in my food! I took pictures and sent it to them. And they said it’s not in their policy to issue me a refund! But like excuse me? I FOUND HAIR IN MY FOOD! That’s disgusting and had to throw out my food! I hope you guys can make this right.
