South Garden Restaurant

Ordered 200 dollars worth of food for a family gathering. Ordered the food days in advance to make sure we could get it. Order was confirmed by the restaurant. The day comes to pick it up, pick up time says that it will be ready at 4:41pm. Pull up to the parking lot at 4:40 and I check my phone to see if the order is ready and at 4:35 i had received a notification that the restaurant cancelled the whole order and that it couldn't be fulfilled. I don't understand why you would confirm the order if you couldn't fulfill it! I had my whole family waiting for food and didn't have anything for them. Luckily South City was able to take our order and they were much nicer and the food was fantastic so it worked out better for us but I am shocked that this is how this place runs their business.

Dont order anything here. Everything is garbage!!!! Not following the “notes” that i put in my order. Not even putting utensils!! customer service is idiot! Spending money for garbage which i regret. All is tasteless, oily greasy and garbage. Go find somewhere else to eat not here!!!

Just picked up my order and it was not even edible. I got the sesame chicken which barely had any sauce on it and most of the pieces were hard or chewy. The pan fried noodles were slimy with zero flavor! First and last time I will go to this place!

Amazing food it’s the only place i order from the orange chicken is so perfect, my whole family and I love it. Egg rolls are amazing too.

I ordered over $100 of food the other night. I explicitly told them to add extra soy sauce packs. They put 3 packs of soy sauce for an entire order for 6 people. This has been happening every single time we order for the past couple years. Why do you do this??? We ordered 2 chicken fried rice.. there was no egg in it at all.. see picture The food was bland and unpleasant. It's time my family and I move on. What a shame.. this place use to be so good

Little hole in the wall restaurant, great quality food until the other night. I had ordered over 8 dishes and one had been the spare ribs. When my family and I got to eating we opened the spare ribs to find that they had nothing but bones.. no meat what so ever. I know spare ribs are not supposed to have a lot of meat, but I at least expected there to be some remnants of meat. I had called the next day no answer twice that I had called. They call me back and I explain that there is nothing but bones but she assured me that’s how they come. I had asked for compensation or another dish on the next time we ordered and they said there was nothing they can do. I know better next time to go with another Chinese restaurant..

We open the bag to find she put the red sauce in with the food so it spilled everywhere and then I went to take a bite and it is the whitest people tasting food ever, not even salt the vegetables were undercooked the chicken was soggy and greasy and the bean sprouts looked like they were covered in a pile of slime i wouldn’t recommend eating here

Ordered chicken chow mein. That usually means fried egg noodles in my experience (and a quick google search agrees). What arrived was a container of soggy bean sprouts. I called to tell them it wasn’t what I ordered and they weren’t understanding at all. Just said there was nothing they could do for me. Waste of time and money. Just a tired mama trying to eat dinner at 9:30pm. They need to make their menu more specific like the Mandarin.
