Sorting through my freezer I was excited to find a package of four of the Honey Garlic & Bourbon sausages (raw organic honey, with garlic confit and bourbon, hints of cinnamon and anise) that I had completely forgotten about. While cooking them up - checking to see if they were cooked enough - I almost ate them all!! They were out of this world amazing; complex, intricate, well-balanced sweet, earthy, and exotic 🤩😍
