Customer service skills are ill mannered and rude . You make a mistake you correct it and not with a less value option.p.s. don't ever take store credit they do not value you enough to even live up to their credit they offer. Have had several mess up's from here GAGE LOCATION ALWAYS A HASSLE FOR THEM TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES. You don't call your customers who pay your bills drug addicts. Your food once upon a time was good, so were previous employees. Huge fail, hope actually owners see this and correct it.

They are Greedy. Bought and ordered their biggest party combo and everything was ok but one pizza which was cold. Added 2lbs of wings no issues there. Greedy part was when I added 1 small pepperoni pizza and was charged another delivery charge for it. Almost $20 dollars for a small pepperoni pizza. Keep that in mind folks for delivery. Won't be back for that reason of greed.

Amazing place! They aren’t stingy with any of the ingredient, they’re the first to fill up your plate with everything you want!! You get your moneys worth! Very affordable and a very very good deal. Infact I shared half of the plate with my dad (first picture) and by the second picture of the plate, I was full and there was still more than half of it left. It shows even after you share it with someone you’re still gonna be full!!

I stumbled upon this pizza spot, while looking for halal options in Hamilton. Am I happy that I did. They had amazing topping flavours and combos. I got the pizza and wing combo and they were dynamite. Very fresh and light to be honest. It didn’t leave you sluggish afterwards as well. The people in the store were very friendly and helpful as well. Again,I am happy I found this spot and will be return here again.

Usually order for delivery. Decided to pick up. Will never go back. The wings were burned and the pizza was terrible taste. Called to let them know and basically blamed me for not eating right away. They are so small and no sauce.

I spent $92 tipped $10 on 2 large pizza’s 20 wings plus an extra 40 wings I don’t get any fries that was supposed to be included in the combo and not 1 dip I called and they’re excuse was that combo hasn’t included fries since 2 years ago, and the second pizza wasn’t even cut into slices I had to do that myself which didn’t even have extra pepperoni. And the wings were very tinyI will never order from there again!!!!’ Lava pizza has always shown me love and never had an issue with them

Very deliciouse pizza. I bought 2 medium one cheese one pepperoni and 8 wings as part of their deal. Great price. Stuff are very friendly. They are very busy. Good food⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
