After a game of pickleball nearby, we stopped by Shawarma Royale for a quick bite. The place has a cozy yet spacious vibe, and I appreciated the open counter where you can see your food being prepared—it adds a nice touch of transparency. We were lucky enough to meet the owner, who personally helped with our order since the cashier was busy assisting a family. The service was absolutely fantastic, making the visit even more enjoyable. We went with the Queen Chicken Wrap Lunch Special, and it did not disappoint! The wrap was packed with flavour—filling, savoury, and so tasty that I was tempted to go back for seconds. The care and skill the owner put into preparing it really stood out. Overall, Shawarma Royale is a great spot to satisfy your shawarma cravings. Highly recommended!

I always order a Falafel wrap and a side of rice. I visit this location 2-3 times a week. The food is always amazing and fresh. The 2 gentlemen are extremely welcoming and friendly. Yes the food is great but its the staff that makes each visit awesome. Thanks guys for the service and making me feel like family. See you at lunch. Many blessings!

Probably my favorite Shawarma in Pickering so far. It is not the fastest to order, but I think it’s because they make everything as it comes in. The meat was tender, juicy, and well cooked. And unlike a lot of places, they don’t fry it on the grill in a massive steaming batch, which is awesome! The pomegranate molasses are a nice touch. The falafel we got was well seasoned and cooked to order from a refrigerated mix, which was great to see. The only mistake, and I blame no one but myself, is getting onion rings. They were six onion rings for $3.50 which isn’t a super great price and they were just pretty standard onion rings.

Best Shawarma in Town - Exceptional Service! I recently visited Shawarma Royale in Pickering, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience! Malik, who took my order, was incredibly genuine and attentive. He took care of every detail of my order and went above and beyond my expectations. The shawarma was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked just as I requested. From the moment I walked in, I received top-notch service. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional, and the taste of the shawarma was out of this world. If you're looking for the best shawarma in town, Shawarma Royale is the place to go. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning!

What elevated packaging for takeout shawarma! I was pleasantly surprised. Not only is the packaging luxe but so is the food! The kebab is delicious, would highly recommend! We got the shawarma platter as well and found portions to be very generous. The meats are nice and juicy and wraps are not too dry. Would not hesitate to order from Shawarma Royale again.

The food was AMAZING!!! Have tried other locations but this one, the best so far. The staff were really patient and friendly. The store, clean with plenty of seating so bring a friend or your family and come check out this location. Got a Queen beef and lamb wrap as well as a Royal mix wrap. Was made to perfection. The wrap was the perfect amount of crisp with such juicy and flavourful meat. And they didn’t disappoint with packing it - were very generous with the meat, toppings as well as sauces. Definitely coming back for more 😊
