The food was ok and for the price I won't complain on that front. However, the bathrooms were disgusting. The tables were dirty, the seats were cracked and there were hand written signs everywhere. I don't think we will be back but with a little upkeep I'm sure there would be a chance.

I can only rate the service. I gave 1 star because the cook was clearly sick (probably flu or Covid19) and was constantly coughing while serving foods. No mask, no consideration. 😔

Regret ordering food at this place. Tried their Beef Shawarma on rice and the beef portion is so little and all rice. It was dinner time and I don't see anyone going in to pick up or order food from them. The place is filthy and the table where I sat down has a stinky smell. The guy that prepared my food is nice though but I think the restaurant needs a lot of improvement . Not a real shawarma place.

This place used to have the best chicken and rice in Hamilton, but unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill in recent visits. They've made too many changes, and the food just isn't the same anymore. It's disappointing to say, but the experience has been far from what it used to be.

The reviews for this place have to be fake. Avoid it it’s vile and extremely dirty. The chicken wrap made with stale old chicken sitting in a container all day was gross, the place was also filthy. Ordered for pickup so I didn’t have to wait just to get there and realize the guy didn’t start… great. I also paid extra for a side of falafel, what did I find out. He couldn’t make it stick in a ball so he didn’t make it. In hindsight, I’m glad now the fryer oil probably was black dirty and hasn’t been cleaned or changed as this place lack any sort of cleanliness. To replace that I got a small scoop of old chicken sitting in the tin. Pita was also of cheap and poor quality, not even warmed of put on the grill, as a result the wrap fell apart completely. Terrible waste of money but most importantly dirty restaurant and lack of cleanliness from the store operator.

I came at lunch time. The staff were wonderful. The children who come here need manners. SO rude to the staff and yet the staff maintained their composure and were polite and calm. Kids were yelling out extra things they wanted or didn't want and the staff were trying to accommodate them the best they could despite the chaos.

Okay I just found a strand of HAIR after I finished the shawarma … and SIDENOTE, this was my first time trying this place and the service was horrible. I am a student so I got the student special items , I was a little confused as to how many wraps or meals to get , so at first I got 2 meal and 2 wraps and then asked him if he could change it to 3 wraps and 1 meal. He visually and verbally got mad at me and told me with louder voice “ are you sure cause this is the 3rd time you changed orders?!!..” I was shocked to the point that I said oh I’m sorry for doing that and felt really small. I was the only customer in the store at that time ( happened today July 27, around 12 pm ) and being a female being sort of yelled at a by man who was in charge of helping me at that time felt horrible and I was a little scared . I still got my food and brought it with me to the bus to eat it just to find out this hair in the bottom of the wrap …. I’d never go to this restaurant again as I’m a little concerned about safety regarding the atmosphere, service and food

The lady was so kind. Portions are HUGE. Taste is delicious but could use more garlic in the white sauce. Hummus was so yummy. Highly recommend this place. We did take out, but they have 5 or six tables to sit in to eat.
