We get Shanghai Chinese food every single Christmas and it's fantastic. It is quite wonderful, special rice is superb, even their dry garlic spare ribs are totally awesome. I'm super happy they are part of my Christmas tradition.

I have disrespect your order from door dash and doesn't take 1hr and then you close and don't keep updates or anything now my food are cold to get to me after i oder a soup and noodles how can you do this and This not right show some dame respect to your customer. I am not removing my grade rating. All your door dash giving a dam 5.00. Since it never came to me snd still dam cold. I will let people will never ever order from your dam restaurant here. DISRESPECT

The pictures they posted, does not look like the food. It’s not good at all. We live close and was excited but when we ordered, the food was disgusting plus they charge extra for chop sticks and fortune cookie. Like really! The people in my building said they told me so!

My boyfriend and I got food from here last weekend, we got the wonton soup w/bbq pork, BBQ pork spareribs, and combo FF for one. More than enough food for 2 people, and we had leftover for the next day. I recommend the pork spareribs, sooo delicious sweet & salty. The lady who checked us out was very nice. A good affordable option!

Well unfortunately the time has come where we need to add Shanghai to the list of places we will never order from again. We ordered last night and all of the dishes were really vile and both my husband and I were very unwell after eating it. The bbq pork in particular had a really sour/off taste like it had gone bad, well everything did really, nothing tasted fresh or nice. The dishes were also heavily covered in soy sauce (I wonder as a coverup of the bad sour flavours) which was also unpleasant. For food to make you that sick afterwards, I suspect food poisoning! This place used to be decent (albeit inconsistent), but it seems to have really gone downhill. I would not recommend to anyone unfortunately.

Thank you Shanghai Chinese Food again, again and again times over. I have been going here for years. Owner's are wonderful and great food to match! A warm greeting and smiles everytime. Absolutely fantastic food every time. Always hot, fresh, delicious, full of flavour and large portions. A must have! Everything from a last minute dinner, to a full planned out meal. I've ordered in every situation possible from these fantastic business owners and every time it reminds me why I keep going back! Not that I needed to be reminded :)

Had 3 combo plates, rating all a 0/5. Wheres the authentic chinese taste Shanghai Chinese Food owners??? It was horribly bland and scarce for the price. I would NOT recommend this place!!! Dry garlic ribs extremely dried up, rice was bland, broccoli was warm but almost raw hardly cooked. Breaded shrimp was oily and bland and came with no sweet and sour sauce, sweet and sour sauce itself was not tasty, sweet and sour ribs were tough and oily and over battered. Overall very disappointed. Shanghai owners I hope you take this review seriously because your only hurting your own business if you dont.
