Sana is the only place that hasn’t changed their rice from yellow to that nasty hard white rice that ain’t normal, they also haven’t changed their white sauce like other places have which makes them original and the place to go for shawarma always 10/10 love their food always have, but they need a location uptown, gotta see a man naked doing drugs jus to get some good shawarma, def send ur husband to get this take out🤣

Two days ago, I got food poisoning after eating at this restaurant. Despite having a strong stomach and rarely getting sick, I experienced intense symptoms like vomiting and diarrhea. It was shocking, especially because the food I was served was in terrible condition. I ordered two shawarma poutines, and all the fries were completely BURNT—not just overcooked, but blackened and inedible. I can’t imagine the low standards it takes to serve customers food like this. I’ve been coming to this location for over a year and primarily order poutine. While prices have understandably increased with the economy, the quality has PLUMMETED. I've noticed this as the year has gone by, the food has gotten worse. Honestly feel sad that this has happened because my experience had been nothing but great and the gentlemen at the counter are very friendly as well. however, after my last experience I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place. i hope they can reflect and improve.

Careful with the lady working the front desk. Tried charging me $15.75 for an order that was 11.57. When i asked her she got defensive then when I showed proof she overcharged me she gave me two bucks and went into the back. Don't plan to go back

How is this place in business?!? I ordered a chicken shawarma (xtra crispy), 5 minute ride home and it’s a soggy mess. Pitas were stale. Garlic sauce is literally ranch dressing. Place felt dirty when I went in but stayed due to awkward eyes on me at the counter. I will never go back and threw the food out in fear of food poisoning.

The workers there dont speak english at all and are very incompetent. It was torture to beg for my order 20 times and the boss was standing there doing nothing to help his struggling employee. Not a good look. You can go see for yourself how this buisness went downhill and waste your money. Not to mention my order is always wrong after i told them told 20 times for each little thing. Their prices also went way up for lower quality service and food. I am never going back to support this place ever again!

I recently visited this location, and while the food was decent, my experience was overshadowed by the unprofessional behavior of the manager (or person in charge) towards the staff. It was uncomfortable to witness such rudeness in front of customers. The employees deserve to be treated with respect and kindness. I hope the management can reflect on how they treat their team, as a positive work environment ultimately leads to better customer experiences.

This spot in east end, serves the best chicken shawarma and rice in Hamilton. The flavors are amazing, and the chicken is always tender. Plus, the customer service is top-notch. Highly recommend!

I enjoy the quality of the food and service The workers were polite and answered my questions and even explained that I can substitute a salad for a third pita without me asking which was very informative I took the option and I am grateful for my choice. The prices are fair the portion is nice the container was not made of Styrofoam which I am happy to hear because I've had experience with styrofoam melting when hot foods are placed with the material they use here there is no issues in fact the packaging is stronger and doesn't melt under exposure to hot food I will keep coming back when I'm hungry for this kind of food PS they sell faygo pop brand. Great pop 👍
