Romana Pizza & Wings

We placed an order for home delivery for the first time today. We had pizza, wings, wedges & deep fried mushrooms. Everything was perfectly cooked and very yummy! We would definitely recommend Romana Pizza and will be return customers!

Ordered online as per screen shot. They made half the pizza cheese only by mistake. See the attached text screen despite See the attached order screen. Called next day and this is what shows you who they are. Very condensing. Why didn’t you bring it back and show us. And just rude. It was late at night and we picked it up in person. Who wants to walk back to the pizza joint we’ve bought from many times. They didn’t want the online order number which shows what was ordered or have any respect for the customer. Just well we don’t want to waste your time or ours you should have came back with the pizza to show us the mistake. Who has time for that especially at night when your own employees messed up. This is a 3 dollar mistake on your end at most. You should accommodate the customer. Guys it’s not that expensive for toppings you missed you could easily make it up to customer. But they decided to be that rude. Good luck to these cheap scum bags and if you choose to order from them. If a reasonable person called me about a mess up like that I would say no problem I’m sorry next time call me we’ll do extra toppings for you or free pizza. These guys were so rude over their own mess up. Embarrassing. That’s who you’re supporting by ordering from this place.

I ordered from here because of the great reviews... But they must be fake... This was by far the worst pizza we've ever had. First, it took an hour and 15 to arrive. Shawarma pizza tastes like ranch on top We asked for extra sauce on all pizzas... They're dry. And the dough is way undercooked. The Caesar salad has stimulated bacon bits (yuk) and the garlic bread is verging on raw... Oh and they forgot our dips. When I called to see where our food was they told me they were really busy ... So I guess they sacrifice quality when they're busy. So disappointed 😞

I've been in Canada for 6 years and trust me when I say this, I have eaten a LOT of pizzas in my life. This is my favorite pizza in Canada so far - the texture of the bread base, the generosity of toppings and the service is unmatched! Moreover, that garlic dip is the showstopper! The review of 4.3 does not justify the pizza at all

We got a chance to try Romana Pizza this past weekend. Service was great, pizza was ready on time and the prices were very reasonable, large and a medium pizza for 30 dollars. We decided on a chicken Shawarma pizza and a regular meat lovers. The chicken shawarma was excellent, the sauce and the toppings were tasty and it was cooked well. The meat lovers was also good, the sauce was well seasoned and the toppings and cheese were a generous amount. The crust was also good, a little dry but consistent throughout and cooked nicely. Overall, good pizza and service. Definitely recommend you check out Romana on your next pizza adventure.

This is my favorite pizza place in Stoney Creek. This pizza is BBQ sauce and steak and green peppers and onions. They don't charge extra for chicken or steak like most places do. Their wings and wedges are also great as well they have a nice variety of sauces and I like their flavor. The price is right as well I got for $46 2 mediums 3 toppings and 20 wings medium extra sauce and small wedges and 2 sauces. Enough for the next day as well for 2 people. I been ordering from here a few years now and always consistent in quality. Their on line ordering is really simple as well when my phone is not in reach but have my tablet.

Over all a great pizza place. However in the last little while the wings have been getting smaller and smaller and the portion of the French fries/wedges has been getting smaller. That is the serving of fries that comes with the family combo 3. The biggest combo they have. Used to get carrots and celery as well but that stopped completely.

I can only comment on their pizza as I haven't ordered anything else. Always great pizza and good price. Real bacon! They don't cheap out on ingredients. I keep going back. Edit March 5, 2023. Went back again but this time I remembered to take pics. Friendly staff. Edit April 28, 2023. After many flawless orders of pizza, I ordered panzerotti and 12 wings (unbreaded). If you want big wings, these are not them. But if you want tender and tastey, you'll be more than satisfied. This fed 2 people with some leftover. They don't add tip unless you ask them. So be kind to these folks.
