Sophia was so helpful and kind. She was really patient as my friend and I decided on what to eat on the menu. The quality of the food took me by surprise. Tasty and fresh!

Have been a customer at Red Rockets Queenston for several years. Most of the time the food is very tasty and good quality. Ordered wings today that are saucy today; received crispy and dry chicken. It had no flavour. Really disappointed.

I have been ordering from long time but when last time they screwed my order I didn’t take any credit I even was very nice because i know we all make mistakes when i informed them the girl one the phone she said ok i let the staff making food know about your order I said ok thank you. now when again I made order on the phone and asked for half medium wings and half plain and i don’t know what kind of English she was speaking, i was saying plain and she understood place’ like seriously and when i called back she was offering me $5 discount. Bro we don’t want credit we just want our food right because my mom have allergy to any sauce so she eats plain wings. But they made us wait another 20 minutes. Very poor service….

I ordered a double meal with onion rings and when I got home there were fries. I called and told them that they made a mistake and they said that unfortunately the ticket said fries and they can’t do anything to fix the problem that was caused by someone not listening. I was basically told “too bad” which is horrible customer service. Any other restaurant would be quick to make sure the customer is happy especially when the mistake was made by the cashier and also when it was an order of onion rings…I didn’t ask for an order of wings come on!!!

We have been eating red rocket wings for over 10 years at two different locations. This was the worst order we have ever had. Never had a bad batch until today. Wings were overdone, too crispy, some were burnt. Do better…

Quality of the wings has gone down hill. Instructions clearly weren’t met when I asked for saucey wings. The garlic bread was stale and the package it was in had a hole on the side. Received coleslaw instead of veggies & dip. Save your money, would not recommend.

If you want a quick and easy fix for that wing craving, this is your place. Wings are always perfectly battered with a light crisp that doesn't get soggy when coated with sauce. Unfortunately they don't have dry rub options, but Red Rockets is great for saucy wings. Onion rings and fries (wedges) are also 👌. These guys are takeout only, so the pickup experience is very covid-friendly.

Wings are very delicious and the prices are reasonable. We ordered take out. My only complaint is that all the food was cold and I like hot food. Also, the wings were not spicy enough. I had the hot sauce.
