Red Rockets

Solid 4/5. I'm a superhot wing guy and their buffalo bomb is decent, however their hot BBQ, fries and gravy are above par. Their Trio brand gravy is magical. Not a bad heat level with buffalo bomb, but it's not hotter than a chocolate hab or red scotch bonnet.b Still searching for a ghost / reaper place that has balls enough to give an actual hot sauce. 4/5 no complaints!

Today I placed an order on the phone and I was told to come in 20 mins. I got to the restaurant on time and I paid for my order. I was told a couple of mins. I didn't think anything of it. A few minutes turned into 15 mins later and I asked where is my order. I was asked my last 4 digits, the cashier took my order to the back. I was given the lame excuse that when I placed an order they received a lot of orders but I only ordered a snack pack. I feel that my order wasn't done and they had to rush and get it done. I wish on a Saturday evening around 5:20 pm they told me its a 35 min wait instead of 20 mins. I had food that I picked up for supper and this was an addition to what we were having for supper and our wedges from the other place got very soggy. Customer service needs to improve and let customers know that a longer wait period is expected at peak times.

Ordered online and my order was ready on time. Was greeted with a smile, and received my pick up order immediately. I used tap-to-pay and there was no tip added, which was a refreshing difference. I tipped cash because they didn't expect or ask for one. The food was perfect, and the consistency of the quality never diminishes.

We ordered the # 2 today our wings were no bigger than two joints on my pointing finger. I wish I could up load my pics so everyone can see. I will be forwarding my complain to the office…

Was very disappointed with the amount of wings and their size. We have been ordering red rockets for over 10 years and these wings were the smallest I've ever had from here. I'm actually still hungry after eating my meal. Also the order taker must listen to the order more closely. I asked for 4 pc motto sticks but was not charged for them, so didn't receive them. I think I'll stick with the queenston location since I've never had a problem there

This red Rockets is a good location for getting the maximum out of the Red Rockets experience. They bread the wings perfect and proportion the sauce well. So if you haven't tried Red Rockets yet,try this location and you'll get what your looking for and the service is good 👍

My recent experience at redrockets was incredibly disappointing. Despite placing my order at 8:53 PM and being told it would be ready in 20 minutes, I arrived 35 minutes later only to find they couldn't locate my order. After showing them my call logs to prove I had the correct location, they eventually found my order but made me wait an additional 5 minutes. When I finally received my order, it was incorrect. The staff blamed a new employee who seemed unsure of what she was doing. Overall, the service was chaotic and unprofessional. I won't be returning. I went and got some wings next door from Pizza Hut.

The Upper Ottawa location has gotten worse and worse from our last few visits. The staff members were very rude when I called them out for over charging me. We were then served what looked to be chickadee wings, dry, cold and the smallest I’ve ever seen served. Would I go there again, probably not. It’s a shame because this used to be our goto for wings. Save yourself the disappointment and try some of the other wings spots in the area. Bon Appetit!
