I liked the food and the people behind the counter were very friendly and polite, and served me with a smile! Yes! ~ the unfortunate part, I left a $2.00 tip with my debit card/credit and they informed me that THE ONWER GET THE TIPS SUBMITTED BY CREDIT or DEBIT. I was unhappy about this, maybe a percentage sure but I wanted to tip the ladies behind the counter for their services and not necessarily to the owner. I found this unfair. And owner I hope you please rethink this. I think you should want to make your employees as happy as possible! Anyhow, I was informed the ladies behind the counter get to keep the cash tips, so that’s something at least. Owner, I mean no disrespect, but please smarten up 🙂. Nah mean?

Very long wait times as they only ever have one staff working at a time fulfilling orders. Food is great but service is terrible due to owners or management cutting cost and not hiring sufficient staff to service customers.

Lady gave 1oz of chicken per chicken tinga taco and didn’t offer any rice or beans but stuffed it with lettuce. More like salad than a taco.

The food is absolutely delicious. But way over price for what it is. I got one rice bowl and some chips for 19.99$. I also find them to be a bit stingy with food. If you have the money I definitely recommend but just know it will be expensive.

overall its pretty good food and the people are friendly. It's overpriced, but if you don't like it I guess you could make your own. They have yummy sauces.
