Excellent service from parneet . This location is open 24 hours, which is a big plus. They followed my instructions perfectly and made my tacos exactly as I requested. The restaurant is always clean, and I love visiting this spot—it’s become a regular stop for us twice a week, and we’ve never had any issues. The toppings, salsa, and proteins are always freshly prepared each day. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Never been to another Quesada so I can’t speak for the company as a whole. This location however, seems to be managed by a man who does not care about his employees. My dad unfortunately loves this place and goes often. The times I’ve gone and seen who I assume to be the manager there, he often speaks to the staff (in a language I do not speak) in a very harsh manner. He also very clearly gets the staff to give my dad extras. I believe it’s because he spends money there often. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 12+ years and am very familiar with this type of manager. He’s quick to chat and tries to be charming to customers. Yet he will openly berate his staff in front of paying customers, god knows how long their shifts are, and one can assume minimum wage is the going rate. This is why I understand that staff may not deliver the greatest customer service.

Incredible customer service! I placed a mobile order, and they were out of a product I had already paid for. I arrived at the store and they were extremely apologetic, got the products delivered from a nearby location, and gave us free drinks and chips while we waited. The food is always fresh and made exactly how we want it! We always go out of our way to come to this location because it is easily the best value for our dollar.

Meat portions are very small in the tacos (see centre of photo). They are often understaffed so it takes a while, even when I order online it’s never ready when I’m there. They’re apologetic but the small portions weren’t good. Two people, $30, 6 tacos, hungry after.

Great service by Hetvi and Simran. THIS LOCATION IS OPEN 24 HOURS. They followed all the instructions and made my tacos as per my request. The restaurant is very clean. I love this location as we come twice a week and we never had any issue. The toppings, salsa and protein are always freshly made everyday. We will be back soon.

4.7 / 5.0 I would never have guessed this franchise location is pumping out too notch food. I found out the owner is quality obsessed. He has a well trained awesome crew including Simran and the team (I’ve forgotten some others and late posting this). Chicken, sauces, veggies all made in house which is super unusual. Anyway, highly recommend.
