Prime Steak + Raw Bar

Prime steak & Raw bar was great. Fantastic service, thanks Lefty, and great food. We went for an office Christmas party and had a great time. Food was great, I had a New York striploin steak and it was cooked to perfection. Lefty gave me some great food recommendations. Not usually a fan of coleslaw but the Singapore Slaw was delicious. Their Citrus Sesame Brulee was to die for. Definitely worth it.

Seafood was really fresh, best sashimi I’ve had. The steak was cooked perfectly paired with the sides it was very tasty. The server was knowledgeable and friendly. The wine suggested from New Zealand was incredible. Will definitely be coming back.

I had an incredible dining experience at Prime Steak and Raw Bar! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was inviting and elegant. The food was absolutely phenomenal—every bite was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. What truly set the night apart was the exceptional service from our waiter, Lefty. He was attentive, personable, and went above and beyond to make sure our evening was perfect. His recommendations were spot-on, and his genuine care for ensuring we had a great time didn’t go unnoticed. This was easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. If I could rate it 100/10, I would! We’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend Prime Steak and Raw Bar for anyone looking for top-notch food and service.

This is not your average sushi place!! Prime has been on my list for awhile now and I was not at all disappointed!! Me and my boyfriend came for our anniversary and we were so impressed with the service from our waiter Lefty and the food. The food is beautiful and delicious and reminds me of what is served at fancier restaurants downtown Toronto. The sashimi and sushi is top quality seafood and it is melt in your mouth to die for. Puts all "you can eat" places to shame. We also got the Singapore Slaw which was recommend by Lefty. The slaw was bursting with flavour and texture. The mains were also good - I got the chicken and it was very flavourful and juicy. Also great potatoes. Lefty really went above and beyond to make our experience and our anniversary special and we were very impressed with the service we received. Best service we have had in awhile by a landslide. In regards to the vibe, it was quiet but it was also a Wednesday. We are looking forward to going back on a Saturday when the atmosphere may be more vibrant! We will absolutely be back!

I had a wonderful evening at Prime Steak and Raw Bar in Burlington. My friends and I were in the mood for some exciting seafood in a beautiful ambiance, so I chose Prime Steak. The welcome we received and the way we were seated were both authentic and impressive. We started with a few oysters, and Hansel, our waitress, explained the preparation method, which was very interesting! Next, we enjoyed some visually appealing shrimp that really tantalized our taste buds. The mild, spicy aroma elevated the dining experience to a whole new level. Finally, the crab arrived, and it had an impressive appearance. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. The shells were perfectly broken, and the meat was cooked just right, striking a nice balance between spicy and salty flavors. To finish off the meal, we indulged in dessert, which was enhanced by a magical presentation from the chef, complete with a touch of fire. It felt like we were watching a magician perform just for us. Overall, it was a fantastic evening, filled with great ambiance and delicious food. Special thanks to the chef and Hansel for making it memorable!

My partner and I were looking for a nice restaurant to go for date night. We found prime steakhouse and it absolutely exceeded every expectation we could have anticipated. We started with the sushi for an appetizer, and it was hands down the best sushi we both had ever had, we had the 32oz porterhouse steak, which was cooked to absolute perfection, alongside the sesame broccolini. The attention to detail on not only ambiance, quality, and overall experience is outstanding. Our server (I can’t remember her name) was new but you would never know. She was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and kind which made our experience that much better. Thank you to Prime Steakhouse for the excellent experience! We will definitely return and would recommend everyone to go.

My fiancé and I came here for our first date night since the baby was born and it was an incredible experience! From ambiance to service, from appetizers to dessert we had a fabulous time! It’s a treat, a special night out and you absolutely get what you pay for!! The Caesar salad is wildly good! The crab and steak were cooked perfectly and dessert was a work of art! Our server, Lefty, was truly wonderful! Thank you again! We will be back!!

First of all, I do not leave reviews usually, but this place was worth the effort starting off the ambiance in the lounge was amazing candlelight dinner service was excellent. We started off with a Caesar salad that has tainted my mind of what a Caesar salad should be, and I will never be able to eat another one as good.!! Then me an my husband got the 32 ounce tomahawk steak to share with Yukon mashed and heirloom carrots. All I can say is whoa. Me and my husband love steak and we are pretty awesome at cooking it. We put the keg to shame, but I did not know that could taste that good. It was like butter and the texture was melt in your mouth. You didn’t even need a knife. The sides were amazing and the service was off the charts. we kept talking about it after the experience and we cannot wait to go back. they were also also so many extra perks like being able to pick out the exact knife that you wanted and on the menu every cut of beef had its location of where it was sourced beside it, which I thought was amazing. I could go on and on about how absolutely unforgettable my meal and night prime steak and raw bar but you must go for yourself! Absolute gem.
