Premium Grill N Butcher

I walked in today on a whim looking for some chicken breasts. The woman on counter couldn’t tell me anything about product or price and seemed reluctant to serve me even though the establishment was still open. She also pronounced “pounds” as “L B S” when quoting prices from a file she had to pull up, demonstrating a command of the English language insufficient for customer service in this industry. I noped out immediately and would not trust this establishment with my food in any capacity.

Visited for lunch past 11:30am on a Monday. July 15th. The female staff wearing red plaid shirt just finished eating and then was talking on the phone. She asked for order and didn't even know what they have. She went to the back and then talked again on the phone. Call ended and then scrolled through her phone again. I called her out and told her to forget it since she was busy with her personal issues e.g phone talking and didn't bother with checking her customers. Wrote this review for future customers to be aware of this person and don't bother coming here when she's around coz you won't get attention. There were no customers in the store. If it was her lunch break, she didn't even have the courtesy to inform the customer 🙄 so that I could have not bothered ordering. If there was a grade 0 I would grade 0

I agree with the previous recent review on this place. My husband and I came in this evening to see if they had any cuts of meat (as they advertise themselves as a grill and butcher). There was a single girl left in charge of the store who seemed completely disinterested and had zero knowledge of what was on the menu. When my husband asked what cuts of meat were available, she looked at us as if we had three heads. We pointed to a box of boneless skinless chicken breast and asked "So you have mainly chicken?" and she just says "No". I would absolutely not return nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

First time I've been in here since it was the shawarma place, and can't say I'll go again. The owners seem entirely uninterested in running their business as they left a single girl on her 2nd day to run the whole store herself. And predictably she was not experienced enough for that unreasonable responsibility and this of course impacted the level of service. I was the only customer at the time and that was already too much so I can only imagine how this poor girl would manage if, god forbid, there were 5 people in the place. And that's not even considering the safety hazards of having only 1 employee present. If this is how they want to operate they should remove the premium and just go by Grill N Butcher (and even that's tenuous as I saw no evidence of any butchering).

Good selection of quality with other items available too. They will cook a steak on the spot as well. I got the ribeye dinner and it was super juicy and tasteful. This is a great little spot with great people!
