I had a wonderful lunch experience at Pür & Simple with many thanks to our amazing server, Ashley, who went above and beyond to make our visit special! From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and such a positive attitude that it instantly brightened our day. When I asked for warm water, she brought it promptly with lemon and ensured my cup was refilled with fresh, warm water. Her thoughtfulness and proactivity were truly impressive and made me feel so well cared for. She also checked in and made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. She genuinely cares a lot about their guests’ comfort and satisfaction. Thank you for such attentive and thoughtful service—you truly elevated our lunch experience, Ashley. Visited this restaurant for breakfast with my kids. Though it was quite busy, we didn’t mind waiting a bit to be seated. Since the space is small, we had to wait outside, which wasn’t ideal but manageable. The food was decent, and we enjoyed our meals overall. Our server was friendly and attentive, which added a nice touch to the experience. It’s a good spot for a relaxed Sunday breakfast, though I’d recommend trying one of their other branches if you’re looking for a larger or less crowded location.

I had the pleasure of being served by Ashley during my visit to Pure and Simple, and I have to say, the experience was exceptional. From the moment we sat down, Ashley greeted us with a warm, welcoming smile and was attentive throughout our entire meal. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and making sure all our questions were answered. I truly appreciate her friendly demeanor and professionalism. It's not every day that you encounter such outstanding service, and Ashley made our visit to Pure and Simple a memorable one. Highly recommend!

Marianne has great customer service. I enjoyed my time when I visited today. The price is a bit high and the food is so so. The environment is clean. Another front service waitress can be smiling more often to greet the guests and come into the restaurant. She cleaned the table well but forgot the seats

A very pleasant eating experience. The food here in heartland location seems better than other. Although it’s a long wait but it worths the wait. Mary Ann served us this afternoon, really like her attitude. She is joyful all the time and just made our day more delightful.

Pür & Simple in Heartland is a fantastic choice for brunch enthusiasts, offering an array of dishes that are sure to satisfy. My recent visit was a delightful experience, with a few caveats worth noting. First and foremost, the portion sizes here are incredibly generous—definitely a major plus! Whether you're ordering their crepes, traditional breakfasts, avocado toast, waffles, or any of their signature dishes, you’re sure to leave with a full stomach. The omelettes in particular deserve special mention. They are cooked to perfection, with a great balance of ingredients, and bursting with flavor. However, be prepared for a bit of a wait, especially if you visit on a Friday or weekend morning. The restaurant is often busy, and the lineups can be long. While this is a testament to the quality of the food, it’s something to keep in mind if you’re in a hurry. The staff here are another highlight. They are incredibly friendly and attentive, which adds to the overall positive experience. Despite the busyness, they manage to maintain a welcoming atmosphere and provide excellent service. Four stars!
