This past weekend, we were delighted at opportunity to host a surprise baby sprinkle at this Pur and Simple location (Appleby). From the moment I messaged the store manager Andrew, he was friendly, professional, accommodating and really felt like he wanted to make the vision work. He helped curate a affordable fixed brunch menu for 30 guests and provided space for a backdrop and flexibility to decorate/personalize the table settings to match the fall theme. We were beyond thankful for the creative freedom. We really wanted brunch - and couldn't think of another restaurant that could do it better! The food and service was exceptional! The guest wiped their plates clean and couldn't stop raving about their sweet/savory orders. I believe our server's name was Mary Lou and she was so gracious and kind and so patient managing all the guest and staggered arrival times. So professional and on top of refills and making sure all were content with their orders. The food came promptly after and we were able to wrap it up within 2 hrs. They even extended store hours by 30 min so we could have time to ourselves to do some games and take photos. Beyond thankful for a perfect event which couldn't have been possible without wonderful management team at Pur and Simple Appleby.

Service was quick. Coconut Mocha Iced Latte and Tropical Bliss Smoothie were very refreshing and not too sweet! OH LA LA crepe was nice and big filled with strawberry’s and bananas. Riris Coconut Crunch French Toast was light, crunchy. A side of 2 eggs over easy and sausage well done were perfect to balance the sweets!

Ordered Ham, got sausage instead. For a place called PUR & Simple you'd think they'd use real maple syrup instead of table syrup. Eggs are good tho, waffles taste like waffles.

Excellent service at this location. I was running late but called to place a pickup order for their oh so heavenly “carole cinna cakes” which Ive been craving and thinking about for a few months now. The gentleman at the front was so accommodating and held my order for me past a few mins of their closing time and when I asked if he could suggest a drink..he did not make me feel rushed but instead recommended their matcha latte which is made with ceremonial grade matcha. Definitely coming back here just because of their A-class professional & friendly service.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at "Pur and Simple," and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The breakfast here is truly outstanding, with every dish bursting with flavor and freshness. Their fresh fruit juice is a perfect way to start the day, incredibly refreshing and packed with natural goodness. The quality of the breakfast is top-notch, with each item meticulously prepared and presented. The service was equally impressive; the staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. It's worth noting that "Pur and Simple" is one of the more high-end breakfast spots, so it is a bit pricier. However, the quality of the food and service justifies every penny. If you're looking for a place to enjoy a luxurious and delicious breakfast, "Pur and Simple" is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended!

We traveled from southern Indiana where we had been at an all day youth baseball tournament. We should have got a hotel in Windsor but ended up driving through all night and arrived in Hamilton in the morning. We were exhausted and hungry when we walked into Pur & Simple. It was the perfect place for breakfast as the food was delicious and nutritious and the large portion sizes were great because we were all very hungry. My wife and I had vegan avocado toast. My oldest had poutine and the youngest had crepes. I wanted some hot food too so I ordered a side of potatoes without the seasoning (which is not vegan). My crepe eater tried some of my potatoes and decided he had to have his own order. We all had waters except for the oldest, he had a soda. We're used to fountain drinks and found that soda fountains are quite rare in Canada. He was given a can of Dr. Pepper or whatever he ordered. I really enjoyed the avocado toast. It was loaded with nutritious foods and paired with a delicious bowl of fruit. The toast had a lot of avocado, tomato, corn, black bean, scallion, sprouts (and I opted for no mushrooms). The fruit consisted of grapes, blueberries, banana, pineapple, kiwi, and strawberry. The side of potatoes was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I didn't taste the regular order with the seasoning since they are not vegan but my kids liked them. Big thanks to our server for knowing the potatoes weren't vegan. The season-less version are really good! Everyone really liked their meals. My kids couldn't finish all their food since they ordered the potatoes too. They really liked the crepes and poutine they got. The breakfast really hit the spot. I think crepes and poutine would have done me in but thankfully I had the avocado toast. I felt so much better after breakfast and it gave me enough energy to make it through the morning until we could check into our hotel. We all took naps before going out to celebrate Canada Day. The price was high but we weren't used to paying CAD yet so it wasn't as bad as it looked. The four meals came out to about $75 USD. Not bad for the amount and quality of food. Thank you to Rachel and the kitchen for the great service.

This place offered a positive experience overall. The service was friendly and attentive, and they have a dedicated kids' menu which is great for families. The portion sizes were definitely generous, something to keep in mind. Our Philly cheese steak platter was delicious, and others at the table enjoyed their meals as well. However, the omelet was a bit overwhelming with goat cheese. It might be perfect for someone who loves goat cheese, but for me, it was a bit much. The kids' rainbow pancakes were a bit dry, but still edible. Side fruits were super fresh and were our favorite. The coffee (drip coffee we went for) was fine but not the best that i have had. Overall: This is a good spot for a hearty breakfast, especially if you have a big appetite. Just be aware that the portions can be substantial, and some dishes may be on the richer side.
