We didn’t take pictures but we were severed not fully cooked chicken, absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. We had already eaten a good portion as the top was somehow cooked but the bottom part was literally pink! The staff returned saw it was raw and made new one, however I paid extra for the first Peice to get a breast piece and when they re made it they gave a small thigh peice. Never going back again, wish I had taken pictures. Vey disappointed. Do not recommend.

This place by far is the most friendliest and kind hearted place I have ever eaten in. Seriously their kindness and generosity and making sure we have a smile on our face is the work of God in them. They deserve a 10 star. Thank you for the experience. 2 guys from Toronto who got treated with love and respect. God bless their business to great things.

I just bought Popeyes' Thursday special, which includes three pieces of chicken — a thigh, a leg, and a wing. To be honest, I was pretty disappointed with the size of the leg and wing. The leg was ridiculously small, about the size of my thumb, and the wing wasn't much better. For a place like Popeyes, I expected much larger pieces of chicken. The flavor was still decent, but when the chicken portions are that tiny, it really takes away from the experience. I’ve had better-sized pieces before, so I’m hoping this was just an off day. Still, I probably won't order the Thursday special again unless I’m looking for something lighter.

I ordered 8 pieces of dark meat only (6 were original and 2 were spicy). I also ordered fries and honey garlic wings. When the guy put chicken in the container, he put chicken breast pieces. So I told him to only dark meats. He said 'no problem'. Then he put another breast pieces, so I asked him again only dark meats. I found out later that he put 3 breast pieces and 5 dark meats. The server was lying to me, he put 1 spicy when I asked 2. The fries were less than usual, the chickens were cut and prepared differently than usual. The honey garlic wings were spicy rather than sweet. They were very small wings. I think the owner of this place is different person. It was my family's go-to Popeyes but not anymore as we were disappointed last night.

Very disappointed. I did read the reviews before I went, but I thought I would give it a chance. Not to mention convenient, I ordered pizza in the same plaza. I even asked for fresh chicken and fries, and said I had no problem waiting. You would think after getting so many bad reviews, the store owner would make sure there were changes. I ordered a 16 piece family meal $65. What I got was micro mini Chicken pieces, and they were dark. Like the oil is old. I learned my lesson and will stick to my regular location. Would have put 0 stars if that was an option.

I stopped by the other day because I was craving chicken nuggets, I got an 8 pack. It was right around noon and the nuggets were prepared fresh as there were none in the warming tray. After about five minutes, I was off for a parking lot lunch. The nuggets were on the small side, but, were fresh, hot, crispy and moist inside. Paired with a packet of Blackened Ranch and a packet of Bayou Buffalo they were pretty great.

Had the spicy chicken sandwich 2 weeks ago and it was way better than the other four locations I tried, probably because they fried the chicken right when I ordered because the chicken was steaming hot and it tasted fresh and was also really tender. Went there again three days ago and it tasted like the one every other location made, tough chicken, soggy bun and a very oily burger overall. You guys really need to be consistent with the cooking. The sprite tasted disgusting (it tasted more of water and sugar than actual sprite) so we told the lady and we got Fanta instead, the employee tasted the sprite and said it was fine, maybe he’s just used to the nasty taste. Check your fountain machine guys.
