I don't recommend this store unless you are craving for salt. We ordered takeout, so there is no comment on the atmosphere. We ordered a chichen burger, boneless chicken wings, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and a fountain drink. I can tell that their chicken wings are the saltiest in Canada. No joking, as salty as you can imagine. I have had chicken wings in their other locations, and none of them can compare to the salty level of this store. For the service, they took orders crazily, and the waiting time is incredibly slow. I thought they went to the farm to raise chicken in order to give me my food.

The chicken appeared well cooked from the outside but inside tasted weird. Made us feel like throwing up. Threw out half the chicken we ordered because we didn’t even want to save it for the next day. The gravy overwhelmingly tastes and smells like CURRY and has other bits floating in it. They should just rename it curry soup. Curry is good in the things it belongs in, that does NOT include gravy for fried chicken!

I recently visited Popeyes and ordered a chicken sandwich. The service was quick, and I received my order right away. Concerned about the speed, I asked the cashier if the sandwich was pre-made, and she assured me it was fresh. However, when I took my first bite, the chicken was not even warm and did not taste fresh at all. This was quite disappointing, especially after being told otherwise.

Taking lot of time to engage customer at the counter. It’s better to inform the customer to wait for couple of minutes instead of silent for 5 mins or more. No tissues in the bag. Lack of professionalism. Also, smallest lettuce and tomato in the deluxe sandwich. I think they can add another tomato and bigger lettuce.

Last time I bought a 12 pieces of chicken here and some of them is too tiny the size is same like my hand finger I feel upset because I paying $40 something then I got that kind of size of chicken! And today I went again to this store and buy a 12 pieces of chicken and I told to the guy who’s in the cashier what happened last time I went here in a nice way and ask him that give me the big and same size chicken but he didn’t response and he didn’t apologize about what happened last time when I receive my order the lady I think she’s the manager she give me a attitude and the way she look at me she look like upset to me because I complain about what happened last time and when she give my order she didn’t say anything not even thankyou and she didn’t smile so I take my order and leave when I came home when I open the box and look at the chicken some of them again is so tiny I’m so mad! The chicken is so expensive then I just got this kind of tiny chicken it’s not worth it! They don’t have a good customer service! The staff is so rude! And also they don’t know how to apologize when their make a mistakes! I don’t recommend this place this is the worst Popeyes here in Newmarket!!

45 minutes for order! And they give you the wrong order. If they’re out of mild chicken they will just give you spicy and not tell you. There’s 3 people working and working slow(not their fault they’re probably tired) but just STAY AWAY from this place because it’s definitely not worth your time.

I went there for lunch and ordered a 3-piece deal. She told me to wait for 2 minutes, but it took over 12 minutes. I took the order, ready to eat, but the chicken wasn't fully cooked. I took it back to the counter and showed it to the person, and she called the manager or supervisor. He showed up and asked me again. I explained and showed him the undercooked and raw chicken, and then he replied that mistakes happen. I was very upset when he replied like that. Also, nobody was wearing any hairnets or gloves. He gave me another 3 pieces, all oily and soggy. Nobody can eat like that. I didn't want to ask him again. I was so upset by the way he replied, ignoring me, and his behavior. These staffs need to retraining to do the business. They also need a little welcoming attitude to welcome guests and apologize when they make a mistake. If I eaten that raw chicken, what would have happened to my health? It would be impacted my work balance. Please take immediate action for the health of others.

I never see that small chicken wings before. When I came home open the box, I feeling is so bad. I got 20wings feel like 10wings. If they can give me more then 20 like that small wings that will me feeling better. No one pick up the phone When I try to call them. Bed service I never see it before.
