Sid’s service was impeccable, very kind. We did take out lunch and he helped us choose our sauces. He deserves a raise or management he is the best Popeyes employee I have met.

Worst experience ever at any of the Popeyes in my last 30 years in Canada. Ordered 8 pieces deal for my family. Drum sticks were a little bigger than a chicken wing, completely dried and old. Chicken breasts were at least 60% smaller, again dry and old. We left hungry first time ever from a Popeyes restaurant. Extremely disappointed. Won't ever going back to this particular restaurant nor recommending this place to anyone.

My girlfriend and I placed an online order in advance of us driving there and when we got to the store, we proceeded to wait for 40 minutes. After 20 minutes, we asked about the status of our order and the girl working told us 5 minutes. Another 20 minutes went by and we went up again to see what the issue was because we watched countless other online and in store orders be handed out and it wasn’t busy. At this point if it wasn’t being bagged we just wanted a refund and I informed her of that. The girl working asked our order number, and went to grab two sandwich bags that were sitting on their order counter that I know had been sitting there since before we asked the first time about our order. She put it all in our takeout bag, pushed it to me across the counter and my girlfriend asked why it had taken so long but the girl just stared at her and then turned around and walked away. We weren’t rude, we just wanted to know the reason for the delay but she decided to ignore us and walk away which was extremely immature and unprofessional. We definitely won’t be ordering here again and to anyone reading this, do yourself a favour and just go to literally any other franchise.

As I find my stomach about to rumble, I knew that I couldn’t fumble. A place to stay, enough food to eat, Chicken, spices, it’s a treat! A childhood place, a warm place, comfort food to consume. I wonder over yonder thinking about what to do! Popeyes! It’s an amazing place!

I ordered the fish sandwich n the ghost pepper one The ghost pepper was amazing but FISH SANDWICH WASN'T FRESH. Eating from here every second day for the past week. Had to update the review Yesterday also i bought 2 sandwiches Ghost pepper which was amazing And the regular chicken. Which was good _____________________________ The old review 👇 The staff members are on a different level. Update August 2024: while they've never had friendly staff at this location the food is often really good. My boneless wings today couldn't have been better. Really good! And the fries were fresh and hot! Only thing missing is the Coke Freestyle machine. Too bad they removed it. Can't give it 5 stars for the food because too often it has issues. Keep up the good work Popeyes! Maybe one day I'll get a smile and "thank you" from the staff. Update September 2021: People have so many choices of where to eat. You really should try and get friendlier staff. Update: WTG RBI. Popeye's beignets are really good! Chicken Sandwich. Boy oh boy was it good! Juicy, tasty chicken. Perfect pickles. Good sauce and bun. Just a great sandwich! Did not disappoint (unlike the KFC sandwich). Good job Popeyes!!
