If you get a chance to go, then go. I keep going back. My son goes to Mac. I drive up from St.Catharines and this place is just perfect for us. I know I'll look back and remember West End Diner fondly. It's the food, the (great) service, the atmosphere and the tradition of coming back week in and week out, which make the memories fond. Diners are just better (food, service, atmosphere and blue collar) and this place proves it day in and day out.

Really nice little dinner that fits right into the neighbourhood. Nice blend between the comforts of a locals spot while being inviting to the first timers. I use this as a great spot for first business meetings of the day to combine comfort and productivity. If you can get a few things done over a omelette you are often to a strong start to the day. Huge variety of options so consider for lunch and dinner. Good prices so you know the value is there.

Food was delicious! Portion was huge and price was right. Servers were friendly. Only complaint is mains came out a little too long after one diner at the table finished their soup (and no one else had soup or appetizers); not sure if this is a server, kitchen, or just busy restaurant issue, but would have liked better meal timing. Overall, good experience and I'd be happy to return

Fantastic service, fantastic food! Thumbs up! The French fries are category defining - cooked to perfection. The steak burger was a tad salty. The service was prompt too. Overall, a pleasant dining experience Highly recommended!!!

The food is so good! Service was pleasant and quick. The food was fresh and hot. We went for lunch. Had the chicken tenders, Philly cheesesteak and calamari.

I came from out of town (Colorado) to visit some friends and West End Diner was on our list of things we had to do, and I'm grateful we did! What yummy food 😋 breakfast was so good and this American appreciated the crispy sausage and beans. Not only that, but I swear the owner was like my own Grandma. Cracking jokes and checking on us. I think of this place at least once a week now, and I can't wait to come back. Thanks for a great experience!

A nice casual diner. Friendly staff and courteous service. We really enjoyed the food! We had a Philly cheese steak sandwich, along with a greek salad and some thai chicken bites appetizers. All of which came in generous and satisfying portions! Our waitress was very nice and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Excellent!.Great food for every time of day. Huge menu. Friendly staff. We’ve been going here for years for a reason. Prices everywhere have increased, however, you definitely get your moneys worth here.Fair prices. Big portions. Fresh absolutely delicious food. Give them a try and enjoy
