I came in to tell them about a mishap that happened on my previous order where I ordered three chicken wings, and only two was put in the box. The person at the register told me that that was impossible with an attitude. I had to tell him if a customer comes in and tells you something, we should not have an attitude and you should never tell them it’s impossible. Everybody makes mistakes. Very poor attitude and customer service will be my last time going to this location. 👎

I had a wonderful experience at Popeyes yesterday. The staff was friendly and efficient, making sure my order was ready in no time. The cashier was especially helpful when I had a question about the menu, and they made sure I had everything I needed. Great service definitely makes the meal even better

If you're looking for the BEST Popeyes in the GTA, this location is it! We've tried so many other Popeyes locations, and honestly, their quality has completely gone downhill. But THIS location? Absolute perfection. Every single thing we ordered was top-notch. Crispy, fresh, and seasoned to perfection. The fried chicken was so good that even I, someone who doesn't eat chicken or consider myself a chicken lover, devoured it with so much passion. Honestly, I was shocked at how much I enjoyed it! This location sets the standard for what Popeyes should be. If you're tired of disappointing chicken elsewhere, make your way here, trust you won't regret it!

Had lunch here today and it was so lovely. Great customer service as I took forever to decide what to order and changed it a few times but the cashier Shubh, was super patient and pleasant. Will be my new fav location
