Ordered take out from this location on New Years eve. I ordered mild wings, but got medium. I called right away, and the Manager was very quick to answer my call and, offered to have new wings made for me to pick up. I was very impressed, as it was a busy night and they took care of the mistake. I really appreciated that gesture.

Our server Nadia was exceptional. She was so genuine and friendly from the get-go. She knew so much about the menu and offered great advice on what to order. She never once made us feel forgotten. We loved her!! Would definitely come back

I recently dined at Kelsey’s Roadhouse, and I must say that Celeste was an outstanding server. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive; she provided great recommendations that enhanced our meal. Celeste was attentive without being intrusive, always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. She handled our special requests with ease and kept our drinks refilled throughout the meal. Her upbeat attitude and friendly demeanor truly made the dining experience enjoyable. Overall, Celeste exemplified exceptional service, and her efforts contributed significantly to our positive experience at Kelsey’s Roadhouse. I recently dined at Kelsey and had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to our server, Celeste. From the moment we arrived, she was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing dining experience at Kelseys in Brampton, thanks to our exceptional server, Inderjeet Singh. From the moment we sat down, Inderjeet provided outstanding service, making sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal. He was friendly, attentive, and offered great recommendations from the menu. The food was delicious, and Inderjeet’s professionalism truly enhanced the experience. He made sure everything was perfect and checked in at the right times without being intrusive. If you're visiting Kelseys, I highly recommend asking for Inderjeet—he’ll make your dining experience truly memorable. Great job!

We made an impromptu stop at Kelsey's for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. From the start, we were greeted and seated promptly, with our server allowing ample time to review the menu. The Strawberry Dragon Fruit Lemonade and Frozen Blue Lemonade were refreshing choices. As for appetizers, the Cajun fried shrimp stole the show—crispy, with a nice kick from the fried jalapeños. However, the four cheese spinach dip was underwhelming and not something we'd reorder. Our mains were a mix—while the wings were delicious and worth revisiting, the Mushroom Melter burger fell flat, lacking the rich flavor we had hoped for. Despite this, the service was attentive, and the casual, cozy atmosphere made for an overall enjoyable dining experience. We'd recommend giving Kelsey's a try!

Our server was Nadia and having her as our server really made our evening very enjoyable. We waited about 5 minutes to be seated, then when we got to our table it was pretty dirty asked the hostess if it can be cleaned she said she would have someone clean it…. Well I ended up cleaning our table myself. Then we waited about 15 min if not more to be greeted however what changed our original view on this visit was having Nadia as our server. We got the chicken bites which were delicious and then fajitas which as well were really good no complaint there at all . Nadia was friendly, polite, easy going and very sociable she made our visit enjoyable and would truly come back because of her. She truly is incredible!

We ordered take out from here! It was probably the worst food I’ve had all year!! The chicken was dry, bruschetta was stale, and it looked nothing like bruschetta, the steak was overcooked and the broccoli had no seasoning.😭😭😣 we paid over 75 dollars IT WAS PRETTY DISAPPOINTING 🙃
