We ordered 4 pizzas at 6:18 PM for 7:30 PM delivery. At 7:31 PM, Pizzaville delivery driver called saying roads are slippery and would deliver by 7:41PM. At 7:37 PM, the head office called saying store is out of a Coke Zero and wanted to substitute with another drink like Diet Coke. That means the driver lied and said they were out when they didn’t leave. And the roads were not slippery as our guest who left reported to us. This lying and bad customer service has resulted in us ordering from pizza Nova instead. Driver showed at 7:48 PM and we had to refuse the order. Head office was not helpful and did not try to rectify the situation. We will never order again from here. It has gone downhill. We will be ordering from Pizza Nova or Pizzaiolo instead. Honestly would have gone a long way and also trying to fix the situation which did not happen.

Poor service overall and understaffed. Would think twice before ordering here again. I dont blame the counter lady who was courteous but really overworked with the other two staff members.

Worst pizaville location ever, absolutely zero atmosphere. Communication not good very straightforward talk showing a negative state of mind to accept order. Don't go if planning to go with family not a good dine-in.

I had an amazing experience at this store last night. The pizza was absolutely delicious, especially the panzerotto, and the service was top-notch. Nature of the girl was very good.

It’s unfortunate that I even have to leave this review as I am a long time customer at this location and have never had an experience as horrible as today.. we ordered a pizza for dinner that my mom and I went to pick up. When we got home and started eating it, I discovered a hair in one of my pieces. This is absolutely disgusting so we held off on eating any more until my mom called customer service in which we were offered another pizza, so we were satisfied with that. However, when I went inside to pick it up, someone working there (I assume it was the manager or owner, he had a white beard) gave me a hard time… he started by saying he needed the old pizza back for proof, and I immediately informed him that customer service never told us that, he then questioned me by saying “you found a hair in your pizza?” and I said “yes it was in one piece I was eating” and he immediately accused me of lying and made a snarky comment by saying “if you wanted to get free pizza you could’ve just said that” and I started to retaliate but he instantly cut me off as if he didn’t want to hear me out, and with the way i was treated tonight I genuinely feel he thought it was an inconvenience to have to make us another pizza. I would like to put it out there that we do not need to make up lies to get “free pizza”, we are perfectly capable of paying for another if we wanted but it is common courtesy to offer a customer some sort of compensation for an inconvenience especially when it is something as gross as hair in food. I immediately informed my mom of the interaction and we called customer service again in which they clarified that we were NOT required to bring back the old pizza, and they will be investigating it further. This is the last of my business this location will be getting

I came into the store and the store was brighter, cleaner and very friendly staff. I think there is a change in new management. The slices were fresh and their pizza were amazing.

I honestly almost always refrain from giving negative scores to restaurants because I do not want any of my contributions to negatively impact their business, but this place was absolutely horrendous when it comes to hygiene. The person that cashier that came is also the person that makes the pizza they came without washing their hands touched the mouse touch the keyboard. I placed the order, but I could not stomach and comprehend the fact that I would actually consume whatever food that this made because there was oil and grease on the keyboard and on the mouse, so I asked for a refund, and I said I do not feel comfortable eating the food and I apologized

Ordered panzo. Barely any cheese just tomato sauce. I asked for light sauce I gave this on more chance today Aug 18 2024 I ordered a large one topping. I asked for half green olives half peperoni thin crust. I got regular crust with extra sauce black olive and peperoni. This will be the last time I order from this location.
