Grabbed a slice for lunch. There were 4-5 different slice options which is pretty good for a rural location. The pizza and service was good. It is a takeout location in a gas bar so there really is no "atmosphere". I will return.

We stop at this Pizzaville location for lunch every time we drive up to Sudbury to visit my father-in-law. It is by far the best pizza I have ever had from a pizza chain! It tastes so much better than our local Pizzaville. I don’t understand the bad ratings this location is receiving. We often land here at lunch hour rush and have to wait in long lines, or for them to make more pizzas when they are swamped with orders. But it’s always worth the wait. The ladies who work here are always so lovely despite the fact that they are overworked, underpaid, and very likely get treated poorly by a lot of cranky people. If people can’t chill and wait in line, and don’t expect to be in long waits at peak times on a highway food stop, or order a pizza and then get cranky when there's a bit longer of a wait, then that’s on them.

Poor selection, always during lunch and dinner hours where only a few to choose from and no vegetarian or pizza with feta, healthier options.

I drive from Midland to get my pizza at your location . Today I drove all the way from midland to get my pizza home to find hardly any topping on my pizza 1 piece of pepperoni on each piece and a couple of things of hamburger and maybe if I was lucky 6 pieces of bacon .. super disappointed I will keep my business in midland from now on…..

Slow and more expensive than others, why does this one suck? I would recommend the Parry Sound location they give you the free drinks. Ordered a large and and a medium and it took almost an hour!!

Same scenario as Trevor experienced. Called at 5:50 to place an order and got turned down. Girl says they aren’t taking anymore orders. She said they stop taking orders at 6:30. I said it’s 5:50 and she said they have enough to keep them busy until 7:00. I Called to speak to the owner and got told the owner is never there, so I asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager comes in from time to time to check on things and goes home, so no acting manager on duty…lovely. I give credit where credit is due…the pizza is pretty good, but the service lacks beyond belief. So many small businesses struggling to survive but the little town of Port Severn can afford to turn down business??? Good luck to you. You lost a local customer

Stopped in at 7:10pm to place an order for a couple of pizzas, and was told they aren’t taking any more orders despite closing at 8. After asking why, they stated they were behind on orders (they had 17 pizzas to do). They offered their stale slices from the counter (thanks but no thanks, 6 slices isn’t going to feed my family, why else would I want to order 2 large pizzas?). Clearly there is a time management issue if there are 17 orders to complete in the next 50 minutes. Skip this place and get better pizza at Bozco’s, you won’t regret it.
