Ordered a large with pepperoni and green olives for my family on a thursday night and went to go pick it up and the pizza had no topping on it LOL! I only realized when i came home Cant even go back or call the store because they’re closed

Just moved from Burlington to Vaughan where I always had pizzaiolo. Love the pizza and the brand. I called in to this location and asked if I could have the 2 topping pickup special without the 2 toppings, I have done this many times with no issues. For some reason the employee said it could not be done. I even asked if he could put the toppings on the side and he said no. LOL Summary : He would not let me order the pizza unless I put toppings on it even though I would be paying the same amount. Is that not the dumbest thing you have ever heard? Total fail on customer service.

This is the best pizza place in Vaughan, hands down! I never understood how this location tastes better than even other Pizzaolos, until I spoke to the manager. Farzan genuinely loves pizza and puts so much thought into how he makes his locations pizzas. Ive lived in Vaughan my entire life and this is the only pizza place I currently order from!

Gluten free pizza was Great. Almost indistinguishable from regular crust. It does dry out and get tough a few hours later. Luckily it only comes in a medium so you’re likely to finish it.

Plant-based option, simple option, American style was good and priced right. The dough itself had a homemade feel. Sauce was great and cheese wasn’t overwhelming.

I placed a pick up order at Pizzaiolo Maple tonight and I was pleasantly surprised with not only their pizza, but also the friendliness of their staff. I was greeted with a smile and my pizza was hot and ready for the exact time I had requested it to be. One of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while! Pizzaiolo Maple is the only place I’ll be ordering pizza from from now on!

Ordered 2 pizzas for dinner today. Both requested to be well done. It was delivered by Uber and I pick the first slice of each pizza and the toppings fall off the middle. The dough is completely raw in the middle and there was so much oil. A different location made me a pizza that was perfect but this place rushed it way too fast. Next time take the extra 10 min to cook the pizza.

This pizza place is way overpriced. Ordering a one-topping large pizza costs $17, which is already a lot for a large pizza. Unfortunately, the toppings on the pizza were very sparse and therefore definitely not worth the price. It also doesn't taste exceptionally great to justify the price either. The store itself is nicely decorated with chandeliers and a well sized space with a little seating area. There is street parking and also a parking lot in the rear.
