10/10- new owners took over and they are too nice! I work up the street at the hospital and theyll always stay open so i can call in an order for after my shift is done and pick it up! Not to mention offering us the left over slices on more than one occasion to take home for my kids… if you had a sub par experience there in the past give them another try, theyre under new ownership and definitely deserve the business because they go above and beyond and truly deserve it! So refreshing to see a business that cares about their customers experience

The best pizza in Canada resides within this institution. The crust, immaculate. The sauce, mouthwatering. The cheese, scrumptiously stimulating. The toppings, perfection. The atmosphere, electric. A pizza has never been made like this one. Without an intervention from god, a pizza will never be made like this one again. I hope this review could only but give back a fraction of the joy that Pizzaiolo has given to me.

1st time trying this pizza! Feel the toppings could be a bit more generous as well dough cooked well done. I don't eat out often maybe 4 times a year at most. Would recommend the pizza it was not greasy with good taste. Service was excellent with a chill environment. Staff member on shift was professional in both appearance and demeanor, Polite spoke good English.

Food is going way down hill. Last time my pizza was burnt and this time my calzome looks like a balloon. Disappointed because the pizza had been historically good except for our Last 2 orders.

Had an awesome experience with the staff. Super caring about the customers. Tried a slice of 2 of their pizzas which were flavourful and enough for 2 persons. Definitely heading back there

Tried their capri pizza and gluten free pizza. guess what..! Best fresh pizza I have ever had :) Finally I found the best pizza place to get vegan, gluten-free and plant based pizza. They have wide variety of gourmet pizzas with creative toppings. MUST TRY.

Best service, best pizza and best staff. PIZZAIOLO’s pizza is always fresh and tastes great. This is the best pizza store in Hamilton and the owner is a gem of a person. She hires friendly, hard working people here. Must try their walk-in specials.( Capri is always a hit) HIGHLY RECOMMEND

One of the best pizzas I've ever had!!!! The staff and the owners are really friendly and their pizzas are amazing. The staff made sure they make my personalized pizzas without onion and garlic and pure vegetarian. The comments about the job is not relevant to the pizza itself. If you have any issues regarding the job then speak to the owners personally instead of being immature and writing a bad review and asking your friends to sheep along. The staff and the owners provided the best customer service. Would recommend everyone to try their pizzas.
