This franchise employee took my order on a walk in. 20 min later my pizza was given to me but it was wrong when I checked it at the counter. The employee looked at the pizza closed it and pushed it back at me. I explained it's not what I ordered. She began to yell in another language to another man making pizza's. She said to wait another 20 min they would make another one. No apology nothing. I called their customer service to explain my issue. If this was a delivery the pizza would be free. He said the employee would be coached . Any other decent company would have offered something to please their customer. He didn't care. Finally after 25 min the pizza was tossed on the counter without a word. This is yet another bad employee but bad customer service is unacceptable. I strongly urge people to Avoid not only Welland Pizza Pizza but the company as a whole.

Ignorant. Rude. Box was opened. Nothing but b.s. from their so called customer service. Their pizza used to be great. USED TO! So done with their lies and bull! And time number 5, definitely NOT in my driveway yet again!!! Just give me my money back!!!!

Visited this location with my toddler who wanted a cheese pizza so ordered a medium pizza with extra cheese, being vegetarian requested the server to make sure they use a different cutter and also make sure there is no meat added. After waiting for almost 25 mins, received our pizza uncooked and pieces of pepperoni on it, on being asked why there was pepperoni on the cheese pizza the other server refused saying that was cheese which got burned . The employee had no regret for making it wrong but just refunded my money back. Great customer service. The owners are really nice but the employees at the afternoon shift were like who cares attitude.

Pizza was stone cold, pepperoni rock hard, cheese wasn’t melted and stretchy. Customer service laughed during customer complaint, transferred to a manager that slightly helped. Ended up ordering dominos which was hot and fresh and thrown pizza pizza out. Pizza took 35 minutes from ordering to reciving, no issue in time. Probably due to pizza sitting ontop of the oven waiting for a new home which landed to our disappointment. Total order was $70.00 with $5+ dollar in added pepperoni..ROM please.

They really had good deal on two medium pizzas for $22 something with four free drinks. I guess it was with four toppings, two on each but we added extra toppings , extra charges for that . Also, ordered chicken wings, wasn’t very good , too oily and overdone but pizzas were too good , fresh . They have good seating arrangement, washrooms were clean. Staff service is ok not so very welcoming maybe it’s late night we went over there. Overall this location is good .
